Stayed here in August with friends when we attended the National Bowling Championships. Once again it was excellent. Breakfast is always piping hot and delicious. Andrea is very welcoming and the rooms are clean and quiet. Nice toiletries, tissues etc provided. Because we had to stay an extra night and the Philmar was fully booked we stayed in a large... I booked this guest house at the last minute as I fancied a night in Skegness with my 17 year old daughter. From the moment we arrived we felt really welcome and Andrea couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast next day was delicious with loads of fresh fruit and good choice of yogurts to chose from before being presented... More

I stayed here for a few days in room 8 with my 14 year old daughter. Nothing was too Much trouble (even when I managed to lock myself out of the room), the room was clean every day; and breakfast was marvelous. Breakfast was fresh every morning. Well done Tim and Andrea - I would gladly come back.

Just returned from a 3 night stay at this excellent guest house. Andrea and Tim are very attentive hosts, and nothing is too much trouble. We were offered, and accepted an upgrade to a family room (room 5) which afforded you that little bit more space to relax. The room was modern, clean and tidy with a good range of... More
