My wife and I have just returned from a well earned break in Skegness, at the Philmar Guesthouse, which is situated in a quiet area but only two to three minutes walk to the beach and five to ten minutes walk to all the attractions and the town centre. After staying with Andrea and Tim at their excellent guest house, we feel totally recharged and rejuvenated. The guest house itself is very clean and provides all the necessary amenities and more, but the main success of a business must be down to the actual people who run it, and Andrea and Tim are excellent hosts. The breakfasts are delicious, the rooms very nice and clean with excellent facilities and the welcome, second to none. We cannot wait to go back and spend another "well earned break" as we feel their hospitality is first class and you are made to feel more than welcome.
