I would recommend the merrydale hotel to anyone. Its the best place ive ever stayed. Clean, fantastic food and Kathy and Colin are brilliant, they really make your stay home from home. ive been twice this year and cant wait to go back again. more
good breakfast, not great dinner, very small bed, colin not a very nice man more
really nice hotel .The owners Kath and Colin were really friendly nothing was too much trouble.The meals were perfectly cooked.and generous portions.Can"t fault the place at all. more
we have just got back from a great holiday at the merrydale hotel, it was lovely and clean, the food was really good (real good home cooked food), the hospitailty was brill nothing seemed to much trouble, we had a great time and we WILL be back, mr & mrs holland. more

we have just arrived back after a wonderful 4 nights of exellent food wonderfull people to stay with having a good laugh and a joke with the owners who could not do enough for you we are going again in may 2009 and cant wait we really enjoyed every minute mr and mrs marshall selby yorkshire more
