Had another fantastic lunch 3rd visit now . I thought our 1st visit was great but each time it keeps getting better, nice napkins and menus on the table the starters are lush and the food is very well presented. Love the warm roll with soup. Carvery is the best we've had and we have recommended it to family and... More

went to try this out and the new owners are really trying hard so I hope it is a success for them. Everyone was friendly and they appear to have spruced the place up. They serve a carvery which is always good with the family as everyone gets what they want usually. If I must comment I would say the... More

We went here Sunday lunch time to see what the Sunday dinner was like now the place has reopened and had a much needed "facelift". We were shown to our table by an attentive waitress, and asked if we wanted starters nearly as soon as we sat down without even being shown a menu. We declined and headed straight to... More

Anyone who has read my reviews knows that i am always on the lookout for somewhere to take the woofs. The Links has recently reopened and is the closest bar to where i live, and i'm very pleased to report that the woofs are allowed in the bar. They offer 2 for £12 meals and we've tried a couple of... The Hotel should be shut! It would appear that this hotel is virtually in receivership with much needed investment required. The rooms are of a very poor standard they were hardly any other guests staying at the time we were there and based on the hotel appearance I can understand why!
