Although the hotel decor may need updating the friendly fun atmosphere more than made up for it. The bar was great for cheap predrinking - we were going to go down for a couple and ended up staying until 11!! Karaoke was great fun and the locals really made us feel welcome. Excellent location within a very short walking distance... More

Stayed for one night in the family room that had been recently repainted. Was enough room for four ladies, during a visit to a friend. Nice location, close to everything you need. Clean for the most part, but a few finishing touches needed in areas. Bar was open during our visit. Drinks were very cheap, and the atmosphere friendly and... More

Stayed for 1 night for a girlie weekend away. Staff very welcoming and made us feel right at home. Bar really cheap £2 for any drink. Karaoke proper fun. Paid £80 for the family room, there were 4 of us so £20 pp with breakfast was a bargain. Decor could do with updating and could do with a good scrub... More

The room was very spacious and the location of the b&b was perfect for walking into theain area of skegness - however, the noise from the bar (which is open to the public and seemed to attract all the local tracksuit wearing pissheads) was shocking. We are young ourselves and enjoy a good night out like anyone else, but this... More

The room was ok size but dirty, dusty with unexplained stains on the walls. I dread to think what the stains on the chairs... More

A lovely welcome on arrival and both nights we stayed. Had a good nights sleep and best of all the breakfast was delicious! Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I would stay again (more so for the breakfast). Lovely owners and decent bar.
