My 3 on cleanliness was for the bedroom as the carpet could do with a clean, the rest of the hotel was spotless. All the staff are fantastic and made our stay fun. just returned from 5 days with national holidays , hotel ok but crowded with Christmas decorations everywhere .. our bedroom was clean n comfortable , staff in restaurant were very friendly ,good choice of meals on menu .. entertainment every night .. billy (coach driver ) lovely man had us all laughing on and off the coach ..

Just returned from 4 days with national holidays with 3 friends had an excellent time. The couple who run the hotel are lovely friendly people. The entertainment was first class. There were 2 couples stayed 1 night at this place, in I room only 1 towel!!! between us. comfortable journey driver gary helpfull and pleasant, good excursions. hotel disappointing room ok. food and quality very poor one standard evening meal out of four. we enjoyed skegness, but not the charnwood hotel.

Stayed at this Hotel with a coach trip booked through Justgoholidays. Didn't have any preconceived ideas so was amazingly surprised.
