We stayed here at The Sunningdale for 1 night only but what a lovely little hotel it is. We were greeted with a very warm and friendly welcome. Check in was quick and we were shown to our room. Room was lovely yes in need of an update, which we were told they are in the process of doing at... More

We booked this last minute as we weren't expecting to go. It was well placed and easy to find. It was very old and dated but it was supposed to be. A lovely typical seaside bed and breakfast. The hosts were delightful, the room was clean and comfortable. We had to leave early and couldnt have breakfast. I would definitely... More

A great visit wonderful room 8 4 poster and lots of romantic touches. The staff were very efficient and helpful. The breakfast great and delivered quickly. The breakfast room set out that you felt at ease and not overlooked. All in all great value well placed and we felt a lovely place to snugly up in on a very cold... More

Stayed here over for the weekend. Clean good breakfast was fast and dining room decor dated and too many scary dolls. Noisy pipes could hear baths being run. Not bad value for money but would not stay again. All needs redecrating

My husband and I stayed one night for our wedding anniversary, we were met with a lovely warm welcome by the owners, hotel is homely, comfortable and meticulously clean with a fab breakfast served with a smile. We enjoyed it so much we've already booked to stay again in August.

Had a pleasant stay at this family run B and B. The owners went out of there way to make sure we were settled and pointed us in the right direction for eateries. We had a top floor room. There wasn't much room in the shower cubicle. Bed was comfortable.

Very quaint little b&b. Well maintained, beautiful little room, tastefully decorated. Warm welcome, fast service at breakfast and warm goodbye.... If you are a traditional brand hotel guest, this will suit your needs for the basic stay and possibly surpass the service in some for sure. Very pleasant Recommended to all. Just remember to pack a towel.

we went in Jan/feb, out of season so a lot of the town was closed. the B&B was nice and comfy, very warm welcome from the owners when we arrived. we were left to do our own thing and were not disturbed. the breakfast was ok with choise of cereal and a cooked breakfast. (my chair broke whilst sitting on... More

Its a nice hotel and you get what you pay for really. Its not a high end posh hotel, its a nice little family run hotel and they are very accommodating. The chuckie doll was funny, I think the dolls were nice and made the hotel look even better. The only thing that really let it down for me was... More

ok, very friendly. We found the decor very dated. It was a 5/10 minute walk into central area. If we went back to Skegness we would try somewhere else to stay. Dolls dotted around were weird, but everyone was very friendly.
