I don't think it is possible to even find the smallest fault with the Lyndsay Guest house! Linda, Alan and all the family provide you with a warm welcome, especially welcome is the fact that (guilty though I felt) after a long day of travelling my case was carried for me meaning I could finally relax. My room was brilliant... More

We booked a holiday in Skegness to give our 90 year old mother in law (Mrs Brooks) with mobility problems a welcome break. We have been to the Lyndsay Guest House before and this was our third time. Once again, proprietors Alan and Linda could not have been more helpful, helping us to hire a mobility scooter and every aspect... More

The Lyndsay really is a gem in the quieter part of Skegness, on Scarborough Ave away from the noisy promenade. Within easy walking distance from the railway station. It's a guest house with real character and run by a really warm and friendly couple, Alan and Linda who made me feel extremely welcome. My room was lovely, with a seaside... More

Home from home it's the only way to describe the hospitality you get from Linda and Alan I've stayed here many times and always been made to feel welcome, the little touches make all the difference nothing is too much trouble for Linda and Alan they are always friendly. The Lyndsey is close to the centre of Skegness, walking distance.... More
