We chose to stay again at Singlecote because it is the best bnb in skegness. £104 for 2 nights is certainly one of the cheapest in Skegness. But it is very good value for money. We stayed in room 2 which we've never stayed in before. It was a lovely little room. The sink is in the bedroom with a... More

Went here with my fiance initially for a 3 night stay which ended up as 4. 3 nights was a brilliant value of £120 for two of us including breakfast. We was given room 4 which is a lovely little room with a shower room. Everywhere was spotless. Breakfast was lovely although for 3 mornings i just had bacon and... More

We have just got back from our two week stay at the Singlecote. We love this place as it is so friendly and welcoming and pet friendly. It I also in a very good location to the amenities Skegness has to offer. The food was as good as it always when we have previously stayed here, freshly cooked. Our rooms... More

The SINGLECOTE hotel.....The rooms were clean and tidy, the best thing about the hotel. However, downstairs is a different story! When we arrived, we thought it was a good choice. Never judge a book by its cover! Hotel was dirty, dogs running around. Meals were awful, I ordered bangers and mash. There was a FLY in the food! I asked... More

Whilst it is nice that people can spend the time to review our guesthouse, I think this review is slightly unfair. 1. Our rooms are not dirty, they are cleaned every day 2. Yes there are dogs in the guesthouse, we are pet friendly which it quiet clearly states on our web site. 3. Our meals are not cooked in... More

We always stay here. This time the hoteliers were on holiday for first two days of our stay. Their parents were looking after the hotel but done a very good job. As usual spotless. Breakfast delicious. We would never consider staying elsewhere. Especially as they put us up at last minute even arranging our stay whilst enjoying their own holiday.

The breakfasts are tasty and hot and the evening meals are very good as well. Mark and Sheila are good hosts. All in all this is excellent hotel in an excellent location. A real home from home. Stayed at this hotel for the weekend. Friendly owners, great clean rooms. Rooms are modern and clean. Breakfast was great, lots to choose from. Food came out hot, always a good thing. The hotel is a hop, skip and a jump from the town centre and the beach and no noiesy pubs close by to keep us awake at night.... More
