We stayed in Park Farm B&B on 4 and 5 October 2014 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is located in a lovely quiet rural location. It is spotless and the breakfasts were delicious. We would recommend it without hesitation.

Arrived Friday 10/10 for the weekend and it was our first stay with Elaine and Jonathan at Park farm so wondered how it would be. To sum it up from the moment we arrived it was superb. Elaine greeted us with warmth and is so easy to talk to. The Farm is set in quiet countryside with lovely views. We... More

From the moment you arrive Elaine does everything possible to welcome you to her lovely home. Our room was very well presented and had everything we could possible need, it was spotless clean and very comfortable. The farm is set at the end of a very quiet village and surrounded with sheep and three beautiful shire horses. It is well... More

Superb, comfortable, clean, beautiful home which offers a quiet rural location only a short drive from Stamford. This is like staying with friends! From the welcoming slice of delicious home baked cake to the splendidly appointed rooms, furnished with a mix of lovely oak furniture, we just felt at home and spoilt! The setting is lovely, backed by a field... More

Park Farm is easily one of the best B & B's we've stayed in The location was peaceful and quiet and the view from our room was fabulous, just rolling hills and sheep Elaine was a great hostess, friendly, welcoming and easy to talk to. We hope that there will be an opportunity to return Thanks very much Elaine!

We have chosen to stay at Park Farm for regular short breaks for several years. Careby is a lovely peaceful village surrounded by beautiful open rolling countryside. You are assured of a warm, friendly welcome from Elaine & Jonathan and the accomodation is excellent and beautifully clean. Each room has its own fridge with fresh milk, chilled water and a... More

This is a most welcoming and comfortable B&B in a pretty part of Lincolnshire. Our room was spacious, well appointed and had everything we needed for a quiet and relaxing stay. Fabulous views, delicious cakes, tea and coffee making facilities with fresh milk waiting for us with games, books , tv, and wifi adding to our enjoyment. Elaine was warm... More

From the moment we arrived - and received a warm welcome and a slices of delicious cake! - to the moment we left, I cannot fault this delightful B&B in any way. We had the Shire Room, which was very spacious, spotlessly clean and homely. The view of the patio and the sheep in the fields was very relaxing. The... More

Wonderful, relaxing environment, on a working farm (sheep, cart-horses, crops, wagons), with excellent views of garden, fields and main London-York-Edinburgh rail line in distance. High quality rooms with plenty of space and private bathrooms, along with great tea/coffee/chocolate facilities, daily cookies and use of small fridge (with fresh milk). The breakfasts are very high quality food cooked to order (select... More
