We stayed here for 1 night. Got it for a bargain price. Had a ground floor room, lovely clean bed linen and towels and a good night's sleep. On the down side the tv remote didn't work (even after they'd changed the batteries), the loo seat was broken and the shower v leaked. The hotel is tired and shabby but... More

Stayed here for one night for a family visit. Having read previous reports I was rather worried about what we would find. However the room was clean and the bed comfy, had a lovely peaceful nights sleep. Staff at reception couldn't be more helpful and polite, definitely stay here again.

Room was awful, dirty smelly and hidden in away in a separate building. The best thing about my stay was leaving. Light switch didn't work, room not made up correctly and a shower curtain that barely held back a sneeze let alone a burst of water. To cap it off it seems as travelodge were intent on cooking the entire... More

Service was excellent room was very clean location was perfect for our needs We felt that perhaps the price could have been lower as in the past we have been able to pay £19 per night. The noiseof people coming late and banging bed room doors

Please read the other reviews before staying at this hotel. Rooms are damp and in a very bad conditions, noise in the annex is unbearable, didn't change the sheets for 6 days and room not clean on two occasions. Very disappointed

Our fourth visit to Streetly, and a super welcome. Beside a main road, but as quiet as can be - a wonderful night's sleep. Free parking, a great dinner and breakfast at the Toby next door. See you again soon.

My second visit to this hotel. Last time was 3 years ago -- nothing has changed. It does not seem to have had a refurbishment or even a re-paint. First impression = why on earth did I book this room? Placed in the noisy annexe, my room was next to the wooden stairs & the Toby pub dustbins. Very worrying... More

Stayed for one night and unless desperate would not stay again. Stains on carpet, stains on the seat at dressing table, dirty marks on walls, pubes on bathroom floor. Bed linen had holes in and there was no mattress protector, just the sheet, hair on pillow, really uncomfy bed think it had seen better days. Noisy there also, road noise... More

We stayed because we were unable to find another hotel locally at such short notice. The room was like a prison cell and really cheap furnishings. Poor décor, really tired and worn out hotel. So loud, the walls were paper thin and we could literally hear coat hangers being put into the wardrobe next door. Noise disturbed us all night... More
