Clean, comfortable room. Helpful, friendly staff. On this stay, all was quiet (ground floor). On a previous stay on the first floor, I had noisy neighbours and heard the traffic more. Well situated near a Toby carvery.

Room was nice and clean, bed was extremely comfortable, there was no noise from inside the hotel. Staff are nice and helpfull. Would recommend to anyone thinking of staying there. My fob didn't work tho to get back into the building after a cigarette at night.

It was Christmas Day - we were round at the in-laws for the evening - needed a place to stay within walking (staggering) distance - the Travelodge fitted the bill and at only £30 for the night - it was a no-brainer. This Travelodge is in the throes of a revamp - but our room was of a decent size... More

We stayed here for 1 night. Got it for a bargain price. Had a ground floor room, lovely clean bed linen and towels and a good night's sleep. On the down side the tv remote didn't work (even after they'd changed the batteries), the loo seat was broken and the shower v leaked. The hotel is tired and shabby but... More

Stayed here for one night for a family visit. Having read previous reports I was rather worried about what we would find. However the room was clean and the bed comfy, had a lovely peaceful nights sleep. Staff at reception couldn't be more helpful and polite, definitely stay here again.

Room was awful, dirty smelly and hidden in away in a separate building. The best thing about my stay was leaving. Light switch didn't work, room not made up correctly and a shower curtain that barely held back a sneeze let alone a burst of water. To cap it off it seems as travelodge were intent on cooking the entire... More
