We stayed for two nights at the Hotel which has a great setting. We found the staff very helpful, and the food in both the Oak Room and the Country Kitchen was good with the latter excellent value for in effect a five course meal. The room was quite large and comfortable and the Spa ideal. One thing I was... more

We booked on fairly short notice (one month in advance) for a fair on business for two nights. Many hotels in the area were already full. The quiet location with the golf course and property with the terrace for enjoying tea or coffee on beautiful days are lovely. Check in was friendly and went smoothly. The food quality for our... more

We stayed at this hotel to celebrate our anniversary. The room we were put in was very tired and the wallpaper was peeling. Our bedroom view was of a dirty flat roof! The pool was nice and very quiet. The meal in the restaurant was OK but very expensive for what it was. Also, when we pointed out that there... more

We booked a Drayton Manor Package weekend - great value for money and requested a superior room. These rooms are beatufil.. but beware... rooms 70 to 90+ are next to the wedding function rooms... We took our 2 year old daughter, so was in bed for 8pm... but at 10pm all 3 of us jumped out of bed.. it sounded... more

We only booked a few days before our 2 night stay for a Sunday and Monday night and without any knowledge of either the hotel or the area - however we we arrived our first impressions were extremely good - the location was superb - the hotel terrace and large conservatory overlooked the gardens and the golf course. The staff... more

We stayed here for our anniversary, staying on a Sun and Mon night. There was a wedding reception being held in the hotel on the Sun night, but this did not impose on our stay. The Oak Room fine dining is shut on Sun's, but the carvery resturant was fantastic, food delicious and so resonably priced (5 courses - £15.50... more

Recently stayed on business here and found the hotel comfortable and pleasant. It is unptretentious and 'does what it says on the tin' type of place. Do not expect boutique, it does not profess to be. Will stay again and for what you pay you cannot complain. more

We spent a day at this hotel quite recently - I had booked a Spa Day for my partner and I after looking at their website, which appeared to be quite impressive. I can't comment on the accommodation though. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning and found our way to the Spa (which was at the side... more

Stayed overnight meeting friends. Excellent location and surroundings. Found all staff to be extremely helpful and friendly. Our rooms were very spacious and although we could hear the noise from the wedding disco below it was very muted and didn't go on late. We had dinner in the Country Kitchen carvery, very good value, bit disappointed the veg was peas... more
