We have just returned from a lovely two night break. It is a lovely setting and very peaceful. Excellent if you are a bird watcher visiting the nearby RSPB site. Although this hotel is near the M42 you can not hear any noise at the hotel The staff were very friendly and aminable. The room was clean and large king-size... More

Unfortunately following the sad passing of my mother in early August. My family were looking around the Tamworth area for a suitable venue for us to retire to and spend hopefully a pleasant afternoon remembering Mum and chatting with relatives we haven't seen for some time. The location and the grounds of the hotel are beautiful with lovely garden areas,... More

Stayed here over night following a wedding, I would rather have stayed at a premier inn. The bedrooms are dated, and grotty. I felt as if I was staying in a nursing home, for £82 p/n I expect the cleanliness to be of higher standard, and decor to be if better taste. Food was okay but nothing to write home... More

My sister had her wedding reception here so we stayed the night during July 2014. The room was large and clean. Breakfast was served quickly, all staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel has nice gardens that are well kept.

I stayed here from Mon 11th- 15th Aug on business and first impressions were good. Checked in with quickly showed were to find my room. Although the rooms look dated they are clean and although I would of preferred a double bed the single bed 2 as comfy. All the staff knew I was a night worker and I have... More

Brook Marston Farm Hotel is also a wonderful venue to host school/college proms. I organised a leavers prom for July 2014 and had a fantastic evening. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive and the food was of a high standard. My favourite part of the venue is the location in which it is situated. The surroundings are beautiful which made... More

Stayed for business and was allocated a room at the top of a short flight of stairs that opened directly onto the bar area. When I complained at about 10pm about the loud TV the receptionist promptly ensured it was turned off. The problem began again at 11pm when a large group entered the bar area. I complained again and... More

I was greeted by a lovely receptionist who all of sudden found the phone ringing off the hook and 6 guests ready to check in. She dealt with the the calls with professionalism and catered to the waiting guests in good time. On the restaurant and bar which at first glance leaves one wondering only to be struck dead by... Have stayed here several times on business and find the staff very helpful. The location is nice and quiet and is adequate for business meetings and visiting the NEC. The bedrooms are clean and fresh and wifi is available around the hotel. Bar food is good and plentiful and breakfast is standard but fresh.
