Just returned from our first visit to Holly Farm Cottages staying at the Granary, it was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The swimming pool and hot tub were a great addition.....a morning swim set me up for the day! Excellent base to explore the area; countryside and coast. Made to feel very welcome by Rob and Liz. We will be... More

We have just returned from a week in The Granary. The cottage was very clean. It was very well equipped, with clean modern appliances. The kitchen had all you needed to cater for a family. Our children appreciated the toys and books in the cottage. We used the swimming pool twice each day. Usually it was only our family in... More

Stayed at Cider Cottage for Easter and had the luxury of all the lovely weather! Cider Cottage is a beautiful cottage with original oak beams. On arrival we were shown around the cottage by Liz who made us all feel very welcome. The cottage is spacious and very comfortable with good quality furniture. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained.... More

Our fourth consecutive yearly visit to Holly Farm and the Linny. As always a warm welcome from Rob and Liz and even the loan of tools for a bike repair! The swimming pool was as always excellent and a wonderful addition to these holiday cottages making it somewhere special. The table tennis and pool table also went down well with... More

Me, my husband, my dad (who has mobility problems) and even our little dog, had a wonderful holiday here September 2014. We have to choose carefully when booking a holiday, as mobility & dog friendly issues are paramount! The owners of this lovely holiday cottage are brilliant, so friendly and helpful, yet not intrusive. The poperty we stayed in, The... More

Took the family here in mid August and loved the place. It is on the levels and if I am honest it is a bit of a trek if you want to do some of the sites of Somerset like cheddar gorge or wookey hole. But trek aside, it was a wonderful place and worth the trek to stay in... More

We stayed at Holly Farm Cottages for three weeks. We could not have wanted for anything. With such a long stay it can be challenging in a holiday cottage as you find you are missing a certain knife, or cheese slicer, or need a needle and thread for example. Yet everything is there for you. The year round pool is... More

We (myself, 4 boys aged 11, 12, 15x2) booked very last minute to stay 4 nights over February half term. We stayed in Cowstall, which was well equipped, warm and comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed to produce meals for hungry boys, the freezer was a good size, and the washing machine & tumble dryer was put to good use!... More

Thank you for your review. I'm glad you had such a good time in Somerset; there's more to see and do here than people realise. We're also very fortunate in having good shops and pubs in both the villages. I'm sorry about the smell from the farm next door, which wafts over here when the wind is in the north... More
