Tall Trees hotel is ideally located for visiting all the many sights that Leeds, Wakefield, Bradford have to offer. The bus to Leeds stops right outside the hotel and buses are every 10 minutes, so we ditched the car and took the bus into Leeds instead. It is no secret that Tall Trees hotel is next to the M62 motorway... More

We didn't want something expensive because we knew we'd be out most of the time with family, we just wanted something to sleep in! Wasn't amazing but what do you expect for £30!? It wasn't dirty otherwise I'd be writing something different. There was no loo roll in my bathroom so I asked for more and got it straight away.... More

Stayed recently with family, staying in 2 rooms over a Saturday night. Was a bit reticent about staying here due to the proximity to the M62 motorway. Expected noise problems when trying to sleep, but all 4 of us reported a good night sleep. Rooms were large airy well maintained and clean. The bed was good and firm, the only... More

Clean and tidy rooms, friendly staff who were happy to help. Got upgraded from single to double room at no extra cost as I was staying two nights. Room cleaned each day. Whole building a little old fashioned, but well kept. Shower in my room was not very powerful, and I had to spend a long time washing my hair!... More

I paid £32 a night and the hotel, although quite basic, is good value at that price level. Situated adjacent to the M62 but the rooms are quiet and comfortable, albeit a bit dated. Worth a stay if you only want a room and certainly good enough to book if you need a room near Leeds.

Ideal location for short break with a very friendly atmosphere. Made to feel very welcome in particular by Jean who went out of her way to make my stay very comfortable indeed. Would definitely stay again if in the area and would recommend to friends

Well where to start even before we had step foot in this place the older guy had a go at us outside in the car park as he watched every move we made. After a very angry chat with this man he took us to our room for then night and the horrors kept coming. The carpet was stained the... More

We found the hotel to be of a good standard - it was clean and the bedding was fresh and the beds were comfortable. Jean was very helpful and was very willing to promote local businesses in the area in particular pubs and restaurants as well as supermarkets and places of interest. The continental breakfast and Wifi were included in... More
