We stayed at this hotel as a couple, the rooms are very clean, bed very comfortable, we asked for extra pillows and they were provided straight away. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and informative regarding the local area. Alison and Angie were excellent and showed an interest in their guests. Will definitely stay here again.

Great very friendly Travrlodgeto stay in .Staff very friendly and very helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Travelodge is quiet inside and out. Very clean and well maintained Good base for the area with link road over the motorway to other side, road out into the Dales, good base going in all 4 directions to visit places. Good eateries in the area just ask the reception staff Very quiet Services open all day and late into evening and there’s a post box Marks and Spencer’s WH Smith’s Burger King Greggs Costa Really enjoy staying here

Bed and pillows good. Don't pay for the Wi-Fi unless you're desperate, it's less than 1Mbs and cost £3. Using a work VPN was impossible at the available data rates. My mobile phone data was faster and didn't cost any extra. The corridor carpets are in desperate need of replacing, I know it's only motel at a motorway service station, and it's fairly inexpensive, but a little care and attention wouldn't go amiss

This is such a nice hotel. The staff are so helpful and friendly and can’t do enough to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are a bit dated, but they are clean. The location is excellent for travelling to Meadowhall hall or York designer outlet. You can always get a parking spot outside hotel. There is a Greg’s across the car park in the services and prices are good. We have visited this hotel many times and are never disappointed.

I used one or other of the Woolley travelodge as family live very close by so it's convenient and suitable. The staff have always been excellent and anything I've asked for has been addressed without question, eg emptying the waste bin. As I stay for up to a week this can become full quickly.

After a long drive from South Wales to Bradford last night for a family emergency, we got back on the road. Feeling tired, we pulled off at the services area (Wooley Edge Southbound for a snack and drink, seeing the travelodge I checked the price not expecting it to be as reasonable as it was £28.99 for a double room!!! So, without hesitation, I booked it as the winds had picked up, and both my husband and I were very tired. Upon checking in, we were greeted by a wonderful receptionist called Ann! She was very friendly, had a conversation with us, provided us with extra milk and went out of her way to find me a charger and wire for my mobile so I could contact my children to let them know we were OK and goodnight. We were offered breakfast for an additional £5 which looked very nice. The room was ready within seconds of us walking through the door and very clean with extra, super comfortable pillows. Needless to say, we had a great night's sleep. Upon checking out, I was able to have another friendly encounter with yet another lovely receptionist who had been with the company around 30 years. Sadly, I can not remember her name. I would just like to say a Massive Thank You to the Travelodge for having such reasonable hotel prices at the motorway services area because being able to afford a room last night was a life saver for us! So thank you and thank you to your kind and helpful staff.
