I was travelling with a large coach pary and stayed here overnight. We were surprised about how good this hotel was. We had dinner the evening we were there. Whilst it seemed a bit on the expensive side it was very good and freshly cooked. The waitress was even surprised we had left her a tip. The only problem would... more

Really good hotel, free parking. Room was clean with everything we needed. Staff are excellent, breakfast very good. Great location near the M1. I would use the hotel again without fail. more

This hotel is appalling. Rooms poor and dirty. Staff with one exception really didn't want to know. On weekends it's more a pub than a hotel with the entire looby and car park full of drunk and loud people. more

This hotel is not for families !!! The room is so small you can hardly move in it as is the shower cupboard. The King size bed is fine, but the "twin beds" are actually mattresses on the floor and you will step on your children trying to get out of bed. Also, the staff, whilst pleasent, do not know... more

We stayed here on the 30th august. We booked two rooms, we were a party of 3 adults and 2 toddlers. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Both rooms were nicely decorated and clean as were the en suites. Both rooms had a kingsize bed and two single roll out beds, which were ideal. There were two coach parties... more

First time stay at a Days. When we arrived the reception was littered with suitcases due to a tour bus, loud music was being played which made it difficult to hear. Confirmed at reception that our room was an 'executive" and included breakfast. The room itself was tiny and the bathroom only accommodated one person at a time. There was... more

The hotel proved to be ideal for our requirements - two miles outside of Wakefield. Check in was fine and the choice of rooms was equally fine. It is all very clean and functional. The biggest disappointment was not being able to eat in the restaurant until after 8.00 pm as there was a coach party in. Ate in Wakefield... more

Friendly and effecient check in, very comfortable bed. The room was fine for an overnight stay in terms of space for luggage etc. Lovely, powerful shower with Dove / Lux lotion provided. Even though I'd asked for a quiet room, we overlooked the dual carriageway. However the double glazing turned out to be effective in preventing too much noise. They... more

We were looking for somewhere cheap and cheerful to stay on a journey to Scotland. Having read the reviews on trip advisor I decided to give this a go and was very pleasantly surprised. The welcome was very friendly, the room was clean and sizeable with a lovely bathroom with a very good shower. Dinner was ok in the restaurant,... more
