i have visited my Travelodge hotels across the UK. Very spacious rooms as compare to any other budget hotel. I have been to EU in several budget hotels. But Travelodge is the best. Very spacious rooms, accommodate extra person in room, very friendly staff, neat and clean rooms, tea facility with extra tea coffee offer..... overall highly recommended.......

We wanted somewhere to stay with easy access to Leeds, this little travelodge fitted the bill perfectly. Suprisingly quiet with a good choice of local pubs for evening meal. Breakfast was easy with my favourite coffee right next door.

I stay here regularly travelling up and down the spine of England. One of the best locations, and now with lovely refurbished rooms. Have you checked out the price?!...........What more could you want! A fantastic stay. (Only ask for a room at the front - less noise from the lorries on the slip-road)

We stayed for 1 night and I'm glad really, it was clean but my only real complaint is with the pillows, like sleeping on concrete blocks, one wasn't enough 2 was too much and 3 of us all said the same, staff were ok but not really smiling or cheerful, never enough tea or coffee had to ask for more,... Booked three rooms at the hotel for the weekend. Clean rooms, comfy and warm enough. Plenty of space. Usual travelodge standard :) We ended up with a disabled bathroom while the other two rooms were normal rooms but it meant we were all in the same corridor. SatNav automatically takes you to the southbound hotel which is a pain and... More

Unless you are the type of person that enjoys the sounds similar to that of a barn door opening and slamming constantly in a 70mhp gale force wind then refuse room 200, all evening anytime anyone went up and down the 1st floor corridor the door slammed and consequently shook the door and walls of room 200 resembling strains on... The staff at this hotel were nowhere to be seen, seemed to sit in the back room chatting, outside was noisy for about an hour at 4pm with deliveries, then noise from upstairs at about 6.30 glad to leave!

We stayed just after the New Year for 3 nights and found the re-furb to be fantastic. Spacious rooms , lovely and warm, Hot water with great pressure and the staff were so friendly helpful and courtious. The large bed was so comfy. The very only thing I could fault was the pillows were too big. One was not enough... More

The new refurbished Travelodges are great, on a par with Premier Inns but at half the price. We paid £28 for the night as opposed to £50 at the Premier. I highly recommend this hotel, quiet comfortable and very affordable.
