I'll start by saying that the location is beautiful, Nostell Priory is one of the finest examples of a historic country home in the UK, set in miles of open countryside with easy walking/cycling access from the caravan site via a gate a short walk away. The Nostell grounds are free to walk around but the house and gardens are... More

stayed on this campsite for a weekend to visit friends close by in Featherstone, our first impressions were great as we thought the area was lovely and peaceful and the woodland along with the lake looked beautiful. as we fell in love with the place in Yorkshire, we decided to move over here! as we were moving, we stayed on... Would like to say a MASSIVE THANKS for a Fantastic night on Saturday at Nostell Priory to the staff who did a smashing job with the arrangements for the night. The entrance is not signposted very well and if you use a sat nav the post code is the same as for nostril priority estate but the holiday park is a completely different entrance. The holiday park is lovely, toilets and showers very clean but hot water can take quite a long time to come through. We were in a... More

We booked a campervan pitch for 2 nights Saturday and Sunday (£44) and arranged a late arrival after 6 pm. The lady on the phone was most helpful and we had no problem finding our pitch in the Touring Caravan/Motorhome area close to the car park and amenity building. We had electric hook up and a water tap nearby. The... More

Tent pitches - they aren't the usually. It's a patch of grass that you pitch wherever. The toilets and shower block are immaculate and the water is red hot. There is a cafe onsite but it's limited. Only a few miles down the road is the Redbeck Cafe- serves everything. Highly recommended. Two nights would be the maximum to stay,... More

We visited over the bank holiday weekend. Check in was quick & efficient, we were even taken to our pitch by Danny, who helped us to unhitch. Infact nothing was too much trouble for any of the team. There were lots of events happening on the park & a steam rally at the National Trust property that was just a... More

When we got settled it was in a lovely spot and it was so peaceful. In e morning we... More

Turned up on site in not the best weather but after a quick and efficient check in was personally shown to our camping plot tucked away in a lovely wooded area, which gave the camping trip an excellent feel which my boys LOVED ! Way better than a normal camping field. Showers and toilets although not brand new were spotlessly... More

we all had a great weekend. Loved the location. great being in the woodland. So much better than just an open field. Nice clean shower block and washing facilitates. It was a little cold and wet at times this week end, so loved that the shower room heated. Also had great live entertainment sat night. Staff very helpful and friendly... More
