This hotel will be great once it's updated. it was a bit like a time-warp, but was clean and the rooms were large. the price we paid was amazing value, but to say there was a bar was a little bit liberal as it was three fridges next to the reception desk! overall it was a good budget hotel for... more

A basic budget hotel. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable if basic. Although there is no longer a restaurant at the hotel there is plenty of information about where you can eat and crockery and cutlery can be provided if you chose to bring in a take away and snacks and drinks are available in reception. Basic rooms, food overpriced for what it was but not inedible, but what really put us off was overhearing the manager berating one of her staff in a most unprofessional way. Didn't add to the ambience of our stay! more
