We found the owners and staff very obliging, food was good and room very comfortable. The location is ideal for visiting Poole and surrounding areas with good local transport links including ferry to France and Channel Islands more

Having notified the hotel we were arriving with a six year old along, found a rather cramped room. we asked for a larger room and they were not open to discuss this. the bathroom was tiny, with no tub, and the shower curtain had black mold growing, as well as on the ceiling and walls. I stayed here for 2 nights with a four friends, on arrival the welcome by the receptionist on duty could not be faulted in any way - she was brilliant!
