Stayed for one night only - excellent value for location. Room small and basic with a standard double bed however had everything we needed. Slight problem with the fire alarm going off twice after 10:30pm however staff very apologetic. Disappointed we didn't get chance to eat in the restaurant - decor and food looked really good. We had an early... More

We stayed at this hotel for one night ,on our way to Guernsey. Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was small but adequate, only 10 minute walk to beach which was a plus for us. Food in restaraunt excellent , the only fault was our breakfast never arrived, ordered it for 7o'clock,due to early ferry, and couldn't find anyone around to speak... More

My sister and her family came to stay for the weekend and would usually stay at an alternative b&b but it was full. Two rooms were booked and they were already informed that one would be the disabled room downstairs as all others were booked. I usually like visiting here to eat at loch fyne but on reflection of the... More

Breakfast was lovely. That was the plus side. We also got our room for free due to having such an awful experience. The building alarm went off twice but because there is no duty manager on site between midnight and 6am no one could turn it off and we had to wait for it to cut out. A lady was... More

We booked three rooms at this hotel for two nights for an event in Sandbanks one of the rooms being a twin room. On arrival we were shown to room 1 on the ground floor behind the kitchen and at the back of the bins and it was a room adapted for people with disabilities. Not a problem in itself... More

We enjoyed a 2 night stay here selected for its proximity to Sandbanks Beach. The room was small but clean and adequate. The breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful at all times - including promptly providing a second beside light .

Although our two night stay was fine it is not really a hotel, just seven rooms above the Loch Fyne restaurant. Which mean't the evening meal was very good and the room rate included full breakfast of your choice which was excellent. What they didn't say was there are no staff in house between midnight and 7am only noticed it... More

We came to stay for our 2-year anniversary as we had gotten married just up the road at Compton Acres Italian Villa and Gardens. Right from the outside style of the building it has a quaint charm that continues with the decor of the interior. A kind of New-England USA style that is very welcoming. We were greeted promptly by... More

This is really better described as some small rooms above restaurant that management thought they'd make some money on! Room 2 was extremely snug; mattress was a good 4 inches smaller all round than bed base. Valence was dirty with a huge coffee stain on, bed didn't look as if it had been made, just the duvet shaken out on... More

We stayed at this hotel a few days ago , it is a Loch Fyne restaurant with hotel services. The room was small but very comfortable and as breakfast was included we enjoyed a really freshly cooked and generous breakfast. The staff are friendly and the service good. It's a great overnight stop for Poole or Bournemouth reasonably priced and... More
