Recently stayed here for a couple of nights and feel that the holtel is overpriced for the standard of accommodation in particular the decoration. this being very tired and dated. Whilst we don't spend too much time in a hotel general with so much to see and do it only caused us slight disappointment. If I was going back to... More

Noisy weekend. For the price we paid for 2 nights and even getting a free upgrade due to evening parties not overly impressed with this hotel. Room was really hot due to South facing window and wouldn't cool down even with windows fully open. Must be horrible during summer months. Room was by the main stairs so lots of noise... More

The views are second to none, the food is ok but a tad expensive for the quality. Like a rabbit warren trying to find the room and was quite difficult with my suit case the, room was very large and nice a quiet but needed some modernisation, decor was a little tired and the same with the the bathroom ie... Stayed here with my husband and 2 year old little girl. We were so excited for our weekend away and boy were we dissapointed. The room was clean, nice view of the marina, the food we had was gorgeous. So what am I complaining about? Our bed was awful!!!! Pretty much torture. It had a slope so you got a... More

We visited this hotel on Sunday 6 September to attend the free wedding fair. To reach the hotel you have to turn off the main road into Sandbanks and it is signposted which is helpful. The hotel is situated on a marina complex and has brilliant views of the harbour. There is parking just outside and more parking past the... More

Stayed here for two nights at end of August. We found it clean and in lovely position. The reception staff were helpful but found bar staff and those serving breakfast and dinner to be disinterested. They really need to learn some communication skills which are essential in the hospitality trade. The food was fine but the must improve.

One of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in. A very odd style of service in the restaurant at breakfast. Main redeeming feature is the view and the location, reception staff were pretty good too. Just a really strange place.

First impressions of the hotel were very good. On our arrival they were expecting us and had remembered that we were also providing entertainment for the wedding without any prompting, so we were directed to the function room to be able to set up immediately. We had a standard room which for the price we thought was good value for... More

We booked one night here in august, and booked a night in the restaurant. My husband had a disagreement with the restaurant manager who was very rude indeed, and my the vibe I got off most staff was of general disinterest, apart from one pleasant happy lady working behind the coffee and drinks bar in the morning. The rooms are... More

We stayed three nights in a sea view room. In spite of its position over the garden and bar, it was very quiet, and as other reviewers have said, the views were magnificent. The weather was unusually hot for the UK, but without asking, fans were provided which kept our room (huge and south facing) very cool. We were delighted... More
