Hotel has spectacular views, from both the bar and restaurant area, as well as our room. A bit of confusion over our room, was upgraded to a sea view with balcony. Lovely. Restaurant food was to die for. Staff were lovely and very helpful, always remembering your name. This was just a 2 night stay, but will definitely be back.

Have been here for functions in the past but hadn't eaten in the restaurant. I was very taken aback at the wonderful view across the sea - all the way to Harrys Rock. Very impressive. Had the dinner lunch which was very good, The waiting staff were very accommodating, friendly and professional. I will return with friends.

Stayed for 3 nights at the end of January to celebrate parents 80th birthday. We booked two rooms with double balconies and both had superb views over the harbour, across to Studland and out to sea. The rooms were large but got very cold and there are no instructions for the aircon. Although someone helped with the temperature setting, one... More

Stayed here in October 2014. Treated my brother to an evening meal before heading over to Studland the following day. Lovely clean tidy room. Restaurant & food were fantastic. Would definately stay again

Took my mum and sister here for a drink Friday afternoon to look at wonderful seaviews which are an asset. Not enough disabled parking near entrance which is an issue and there is no disabled access ramp either so if you can't manage steps you will struggle. There are also steps inside to navigate to get to the bar! Helpful... More

This is a little bit of me! The view is amazing. I want to tell you to stay in room 111 but scared to in case it's occupied for my next visit! Sleep with the patio door open and wake up to the sound of the waves. La Roche restaurant is very good quality food. Lovely spa. Outdoor pool is... More

Starting with the positives Room keeping, brilliant. Food, excellent choice and quality. Staff, very attentive and competent. Good sized rooms. Negatives Reception , has two portals, when staffed by one person why not put a sign up saying position closed, even if they had only left for a short period of training it saves confusion. Bar, one till for the... More
