My Mum and I have just enjoyed a lovely break away to celebrate her 89th birthday. Room 211 has the most stunning views through a picture window on one side and double glass doors on the other onto the balcony. You could sit all day on the balcony or by the window and just watch the scenery, the birds, the... More

We recently had a Friday-Sunday (Winter special) break at The Haven and found our stay most enjoyable! Our room (upgraded) was both large and very clean with a nice balcolny overlooking the sea! The Spa facilities are excellent and all staff were very professional and friendly. There is also a lovely quiet walk along the seafront right next to the... More

If you want a stunning location for your stay in Poole, then choose this hotel. Right on the Studland Peninsular, with the ferry crossing to the Purbecks right next door. The hotel terraces provide a truly beautiful place to spend some time, watching the yachts racing through the entrance to Poole Harbour. Many different craft are to be seen tackling... More

Visited here with work colleagues and got a brilliant rate through Hotels.com £69 B&B. My room was a very good size with a sofa and large screen TV. Bathroom was also a good size with 2 sinks. Comfortable bed and warm enough for the winter but noticed a fan in the wardrobe so there is no aircon for the summer.... More

We spent a birthday weekend here in Feb 2014 - and wish that we had read trip advisor prior to coming. Our room was large enough and adequate but overlooked the car park at the rear - possibly our own fault for not paying extra for the seaview rooms. We had a deal (secret escapes?) where the first nights evening... More

We stayed there for our anniversary again (had our wedding reception there) and yet another lovely stay with attentive staff and wonderful food. Catered for dietary requirements very well (Gluten & Dairy free). Hopefully see you same time next year

My family stayed here to celebrate mine and my daughter's birthdays. The service was wonderful. We had an extra bed in the room which was very spacious and overlooked the front of the hotel (with the ferry). The children and grandchildren loved the spa and outdoor pool. The Sommelier was very knowledgeable and recommended wonderful wines for our meal (very... More

Stayed here on Saturday night as a stop over before going over to Studland Stables (highly recommended!) The staff were very friendly & the room (113) was great. Clean, lovely view ( worth paying extra)...couldn't fault it..Didn't get to try the breakfast as had to leave earlier than expected due to the ferry not running! Would stay again without hesitation.

We chose this Hotel for its fabulous position and booked a room facing the sea, the views from which were spectacular. Our stay was for 2 nights, but the weather was appalling with rain and strong winds all the time. However, we did find our room a bit on the chilly side as the thermostat could not be adjusted ~... This hotel is right by the waterfront. Only stayed one night but thoroughly enjoyed it. We ate in the restaurant and although not cheap the food was good. The room was very spacious, quiet and even though I did not have a fantastic view I could see the sea from the third floor. The hotels lounge and restaurant has fantastic... More
