3 of 5 stars Reviewed today NEW

last night, my wife and I went to the Harbour Heights Hotel (HHH) for a drink and relax after work. The first round I ordered was a pint of Becks for me at a cost of £4:10 and a half for my wife. The second round I had a pint of lemonade but the cost was £4:00. Clearly HHH make... More

Excellent hotel, very clean, lovely food. We would definately stay again. The staff were very good and very professional. Had a great weekend. A little dated looking, but every thing else makes up for it.

Went to the restaurant only for a celebration meal with friends not to stay so cannot comment on the accommodation . The service and food was very good. The menu was imaginative but not extensive. We were given 2 menus, a set diner menu and an a' la carte one. Items could be mixed from either menu. I chose the... More

Over the past week we have had lunch form the Bar Menus at the Sandbanks, Haven and Harbour Heights. All of these are 4 star establishments. At the Sandbanks, as soon as we walked towards a table on the patio area, a waiter came up to us before we even sat down and food and drink arrived not long after... More

Beautiful views from our room of the Bay. Very clean - just one thing- cant understand why there were no bath robes or face cloths in this standard of Hotel? In a good area for the beaches. But would need a car to sight see - shop - eat out.

Having recently said for 4 nights in the hotel paying in excess of £200 per night we were extremely disappointed in the standard and cleanliness of the hotel. In the public areas, the carpet was dirty and in several areas filthy. The stairs wee thred bare. Good staff. Location was up a steep hill from the car park so not... More

We were not staying at this hotel but visited for afternoon tea. It was delicious from start to finish. Really fresh homemade warm scones, sandwiches with fantastic fillings and some of the best cakes we have tasted. We have eaten tea in many tea rooms around the country and in London hotels and this rated with the best. Also very... More

Was at a wedding at this hotel and would recommend it as a wedding venue. Great views and the service was good. We arrived early and they did their best to make the room ready for us to check in. Room was comfortable, clean and with tea and coffee making facilities. It has a terraced garden where you can have... More

We paid extra for a harbour view room, and this was so worth it! Lovely little room, direct views over the harbour to Brownsea island, we were blessed with glorious sunshine and deep blue skies, which just topped off the views. Very comfy bed, good shower and Jacuzzi bath, toiletries, TWO haridryers (one in bathroom - very handy!), free WiFi.... More

We stayed in the Harbour Heights hotel for 2 nights for a wedding, and it was fabulous. We asked for a sea view room and it was amazing waking up every morning looking onto sand banks and Brownsea island. The room was lovely and breakfast was lovely. As a venue for a wedding it was amazing. The views were something... More
