A perfect spot with fabulous views Attentive staff who were keen to please but discrete The Veranda is a brilliant spot for lunch on a sunny day or a nice long cool drink Great food either a light bite or a full meal very tasty and well presented A lovely hotel

Went for two evening meals Fantastic service and the food was excellent. The best beef fillet we have ever had. We stayed there last year for a family occasion so we went back on our own this time. We stayed at a sister hotel this time but eat at the Harbour Heights. Do not regret eating there one little bit.... More

We stayed here for just one night but it was beautiful. What a super sunset and a lovely view the next morning too. The room wasn't the biggest but it was clean and comfortable and on the third floor had a great view. We did not eat dinner in the restaurant as it seemed quite expensive but five minutes walk... Myself and my wife stayed over on our way down to Devon for the night and it was very pleasant, I think it would be amazing in summer with the large outside area overlooking the harbour. We had some steak at their restaurant (ribeye on the bone) and it was something special! Will be visiting again.

We stayed here for just one night and very pleased we upgraded to a room with a view of the sea. Sunset was amazing. Room was very good, everything you could need, bathroom clean and warm. Had dinner in the Sea View restaurant in the Sandbanks Hotel just down the road. Dinner was very good, service fast and efficient. Breakfast... More

We had a great 2 night stay. Couldn't fault the room, nice and big. All the staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was exceptional. Dinner was good not perfect. Never understand why hotel prices are always annoyingly high. The views are stunning. Enjoyed a swim and sauna in the sister hotel down the road. We had never been to Sandbanks before,... More

We've just spent 2 nights at the Harbour Heights Hotel. Our room (with a sea view) was very clean and comfortable. However, the bed was too soft. Lovely and helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast with lots of choices.

Stayed for 2 nights in November only because of a special deal with Secret Escapes. Just an ok stay. If we'd had to pay the normal standard room rate we would have been even more disappointed. We've stayed in many 4 star hotels around the country which have far exceeded standards. Room was basic. Bathroom tiny but clean and good... More

We had two nights which we booked on a last minute offer, so were given a room with no veiw, not a problem for us at all as we were out all the daylight hours anyway. The bed, room, bathroom, were all well appointed, clean and comfortable. The staff all very efficient, when I asked (both evenings) for more milk/coffee... More
