Our visit to this premier hotel was one of the loveliest breaks I have ever had. Beautiful location with stunning views. Extremely comfortable bedroom with everything provided. The staff were very friendly and efficient and the food was truly delicious. All in all, a wonderful experience!

We went here for lunch. The position is amazing in fact we chose to sit outside for the panorama. Nice decor, plenty of room and very comfortable seating. Fortunately, a couple of us ordered drinks at the bar that were brought immediately. We ordered other drinks at the table and they took absolutely ages to arrive, about 15 minutes. The... More

We recently stayed at The Harbour Heights Hotel, on first impressions hotel looked a little run down and in need of refurb, room ok until that evening when we discovered we were directly above a disco that was banging out loud music till midnight, needless to say had little sleep and ruined our relaxing break. AVOID ROOM 108 unless you... More

We stayed for one night in a sea view room with balcony, amazing view. Everything you need in room, very neat and clean as was en suite bathroom. Lift a bit small for wheelchair users. Breakfast was a 'do it yourself,' seemed to be jumping up and down all the time to serve yourself. Good selection of food but toast... More

This hotel has many plus points, room was spacious, powerful shower, jacuzzi bath, extremely comfortable super king size bed, superb views from the terraces and great evening meal in the restaurant. The only negative points were that we had booked a table in the dining room which was confirmed when we checked-in however when we went down to dinner the... More

Arriving at the hotel, my heart sank a little. The first thing you see is a Butlins-esque lighthouse at the entrance which is in need of a repaint (at least). The hotel which is set back from the road also looks a bit tired. The main entrance is fine but there are several service entrances nearby which all look tatty... More

Stayed for one night with our 4 year old. The room was spacious and spotless. Staff very welcoming and helpful. The restaurant has amazing views over Poole harbour and an evening meal watching the sunset was sublime. Breakfast was delicious, a really nice Eggs Benedict from a talented chef for me and my wife thought her Full English Breakfast was... More

I took my partner and some friends to lunch, on the terrace, overlooking the wonders of Brownsea Island and Poole harbour. The staff were very polite and professional and were very helpful. The menu, for lunch, was varied and thankfully 99% gluten free. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. An ideal location for a celebration of any kind.

I went for dinner here with my boyfriend as a birthday present. The views are amazing and one of the reasons I wanted to eat here. The waiter who served us was rushing around a lot (it wasn't that busy) and we felt the whole meal was rather rushed. The food was amazing - especially the cheesecake! :) The only... More
