Pleasant staff, good location, lots of free parking. Only ate breakfast here, plenty of good quality food, friendly restaurant staff. Not a lot of atmosphere in the hotel but very good rate, including breakfast. Most other hotels listed in Poole charge extra for breakfast. more

This hotel is ok for a night stop over in Poole, the rates being reasonable, but it's certainly not a destination hotel, think more a "travel-lodge". What a great place, It has ample parking but is still an easy 5 minute level walk to the town, a further 5 minutes to the great quay. my room was lovely with a great shower over the bath. All the staff are fab and cant do enough to help. I ate in the bar rather than have a table... more

On arrival, we we`re greeted by an extremely helpful receptionist called Glyn. The room was very clean and of a very high standard for a 3 star.
