This is a return visit to the Fleetwater and as usual we were welcomed with tea and cake on arrival which was most appreciated. The rooms were as up to their usual high standard and we took full advantage of the fine weather by using the excellent bus service. We will be returning later on in the year.

Having stayed on many occasions at Fleetwater, we returned again at the beginning of May. It is always a pleasure to stay there as we are made so welcome and looked after. Nothing is too much trouble for Marion and Keith. Their knowledge of the area is amazing and if they don't know something they will find out for you.... More

Fleetwater is a great bed and breakfast. Marion and Keith are so obliging. When you arrive, even though there are tea/coffee making facilities in the room, you are offered a pot of tea or coffee and it comes with cake - usually homemade. The rooms are lovely and kept immaculate. The decor is modern. My wife and I stayed for... More

I returned to Fleetwater Guest House for the first time this year, having stayed there on many occasions in the past three years. Marion and Keith remain as kind, welcoming and helpful as ever! You only have to mention where you would like to go and they can advise you on what it's like, how to get there, where to... More

Have just spent a week at the Fleetwater Guest House.Keith and Marion made us very welcome and so helpful as we had never been to Poole before, explaining the local attractions and the best bus routes(bus stop few yards away) as we arrived by train. The rooms are lovely, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfasts were great, lots of options. A lovely... More

The property is lovely with a real home feel to it. Very comfortable and made every effort to make sure I was warm (it was rather cold outside). Lots of options for breakfast and very helpful if you need advise about travel in and around the area.

We only stayed one night en route to Jersey via the ferry but we experienced accommodating landlady and a first class guest house room. The weather was cold but the room was warm, the heating was put on early, about 4am to assist us as we needed to be away by 6pm. Without this the room would have been cold.... More

We received a very warm welcome and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was very comfortable and offered free wi-if and free view tv. The full English breakfast set us up nicely for the day ahead. Run by a charming couple too.

All the other reviews have said it but that won't stop me! We need somewhere in Poole to base ourselves when visiting our daughter her partner and the grandchildren and the Fleetwater is ideal, central for all the facilities including restaurants and shopping, an ideal solution. The rooms are clean and comfortable we were in room 4 a small double... More

We stayed here last year and this second visit came up to the same high standard. A lovely atmosphere and nothing too much trouble from the hosts. One of the best we have stayed in. Very handy bus service to Christchurch, Bournemouth, Swanage etc.
