Stayed for business travel. Very close to the A14 so great for commuting. Although close to the A14, traffic was not heard in room at night. Room spotless, spacious and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was plentiful to keep you going through the morning with a wide selection. Staff exceptionally helpful and polite. A great relaxing stay after a busy day. more
Good value, large well appointed comfortable room (on ground floor), good breakfast. The location is the other side of a hedge from the A18 which makes the environment a bit noisy. However, the room is triple-glazed and the noise doesn't intrude indoors. Apart from the road, the B&B is surrounded by farmland, and it's a short walk down a bridleway... more
This was a fantastic little place to stay. We're a young couple and found the quaint little place beautiful (much better than a Travel Lodge or Holiday Inn or any other place that charges extortionate prices for 'samey' rooms!).
