Very relaxing and comfortable B&B, has a lovely home from home feel and you can sense the history of the house in every room. Set in a beautiful location at the end of a country lane you really do feel as though you are in the heart of the countryside and although the very busy A14 is at the back... More

Very clean and comfortable B&B, Friendly and hospitable hosts, but not overly intrusive. Delicious full English breakfast cooked to order. Would consider returning and definitely recommend to friends and family. Hungercut Hall is close to the A14 but accessed from the A140 Norwich Road. We had no trouble finding it, but the turn was easy to miss at night.

Well I must say its like home from home, I work for Woodheat Solutions and Scanhugger . We stayed here twice and can't wait to return. The breakfast was cooked fresh and from local produce. Fantastic ! Rooms good very clean. Owners are very very nice and pleasant. Great parking. Hope to them soon

Only stayed one night but would have liked to stay longer, lovely historic house in a beautiful location. Room clean and comfortable with every thing there we could need. The breakfast was probably the best we have had, local produce and beautifully cooked. Would recommend

Very homely, clean, comfortable bed if you like historic houses this is the place to say, beams, quirky rooms, cooked breakfast with plenty to eat, locally sourced food, friendly host the only downside was quite near A14 which was a little noisy but once inside could not hear the traffic

I was attending an engagement party in Stowmarket and needed somewhere for the night. Although being situated near to a busy road, noise from traffic is not noticeable at all. We stayed in a downstairs room that was very comfortable, with en suite bathroom and shower facilites. Both host and hostess were very welcome and accommodating, and breakfast was lovely,... More

Just wanted an overnight stay and this was great. Very nice room, hostess who just made us welcome, gave us a key and left us to it. Breakfast was a treat of local produce. Not a 5 star hotel but a very good rural B&B. lots to do in the local area too.

i stayed four nights here and found it to be a perfect base for exploring the Suffolk countryside. Although it is close to the A14 I didn't find the road noise too intrusive - and at night the traffic was very light and it was quiet. Jackie and John are excellent hosts and are very organised in running their bed... More

My wife and I stayed for two nights and would recommend Hungercut Hall to anyone. The house was charming, our room very good and the breakfast delightful. The owners were friendly and very helpful. We live in a very quiet location and are not used to road noise. We were pleasantly surprised that road noise at Hungercut Hall was not... More

A very pleasant stay. Came on a special weekend with the future mum in law. Room was nice and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was superb. Am on a diet but had to put it on hold. The place is not contemporary, it's a traditional b&b. we came and went as we pleased. I have to admit I was a bit... More
