Having just been there, i have to say that virtually everything was perfect. The room was extremely comfortable with the bed at 7' x 6'. The staff were courteous and friendly and the food was terrific - they've just been awarded their first rosette. I'll definitely be going again more

The Best Western website has the hotel at Ipswich Road which made our GPS take us far into the countryside. It is Old Ipswich Road! Nothing particular at all about this hotel.
