A few miles driving distance from Ipswich and very close to the A12, this hotel was okay.

The facilities were a little tired, and could really do with a smarten up. My room was large with en-suite and was clean and tidy, although again, a little tired.

The staff were reasonably friendly although disorganised at times. The food was nothing special and let down by little things; for example the orange juice at breakfast was from concentrate, and was undrinkable as it needed diluting to take the strong edge off it.
