The staff are friendly but the hotel policies are not. They are out to wring every penny from you. They charge you £9.99 for 24hrs internet or £7.99 for one hour! I have been using this hotel for quite a while now as it is perfectly located for business reasons. Service has always been excellent and now that the hotel has been refurbished, the place looks great. Will definitely use again. more
