Really good hotel in quiet spot ideal for when we visit the family. The rooms are always really clean and tidy and can't fault it really. Staff really friendly. Always have found Premier Inns to be really good you get really good value for the money.

Although the room and bedding was clean as expected the room had a strong smell of damp and we were surprised to find mould and mildew on the sofa cushions. This was disappointing and tarnished an otherwise pleasant stay. On commenting to staff we were met with surprise, the type of damp witnessed does not happen overnight! Also a plug... More

Normal premier inn standard. Clean, comfortable and easy to stay in. Ask for even number room though as road noise not good in odd numbers. Had to call night porter at 2 in the morning as next room had tv on loud. Only a problem because of the adjoining doors which were a bit unsettling.

If you are looking for a nice place to stay in Ipswich then the Premier Inn, as always, provides an excellent standard of accommodation, a warm welcome and a comfy place to rest your head. But don't make the mistake of thinking that the Brewers Fayre alongside it supports the same excellent standards. If staying here consider exploring the nearby... More

We stayed 2 nights for a wedding nearby in this smaller than average (approx 20 rooms) Premier Inn. The hotel is very conveniently located near lots of big shops including a Sainsburys which was really handy. We had a friendly welcome and a phone call the night before to double check our room requirements which was appreciated. The room was... More

We arrived after midnight on our way back from Latitude. After 3 days of festival camping, the hot shower and large comfy bed were as good as any 5 star hotel! We had pre-booked and paid in advance, so it was a really cheap deal including an excellent full English breakfast. Staff are very well trained in customer serivce -... More

Another good Premier Inn. Room clean and tidy. Bathroom condition good. Quiet room even though looked over the Brewers Fayre and car park. The only criticism is that the bathroom fan is exceptionally noisy and stays on for quite a long time after the light is turned off. The placement of the fan on the wall adjacent to the bed... More

Most excellent stay in clean and modern surroundings with excellent breakfast. Very helpful staff willing to go out of their way to help with any queries and printing off map for local directions. Well done!

Apart from the noisy air con in room 19, in the outdoor heat I was cool and could adjust the temperature very easily, bed very comfortable, large flat screen TV, very clean room and good food at the attached Brewers Fayre restaurant.
