Rooms are in desperate need of a over haul. Very shabby. Poorly laid and worn carpets through the corridors causing trip hazard. We paid a little extra for a sea view room which would have been nice if we were tall enough to be able to look through the window. The curtains were falling apart and the wall paper coming... More

I have just got home from our stay. I travelled alone with my 1 year old and 13 year old son. I can honestly say I have never felt more comfortable and welcome in any establishment I've ever stayed in. I was a bit worried as it was my first time away looking after the children on my own. The... More

The staff are very friendly and helpful and though the rooms need upgrading they are clean and with the sea view to die for who can complain. The breakfast is a good selection and the staff are friendly and there is choice.

Would like to thank Paul and Jackie for yet another good week-end, staff and owners very friendly and helpful to the point that they gave us some umbrellas and a loan of a water proof jacket . Yes may be the rooms are basic and need an upgrade, but the bedding was very clean and we had a lovely sea... More

I have always unpacked my clothes when staying in a hotel but not on this occsasion. Bedding was clean but a second pillow... More

So depressing! I booked for 1 night with my partner while already away in Wales with limited internet coverage on my phone. If I had a the chance to read reviews I would have gone somewhere else. On arrival we called to find if there was parking and where, it wasn't very clear as to where it was. Checking in... More

Presentation at front of Hotel was not clean you can,t blame the Seagulls for everything.

We liked the fact that it is run as a traditional seaside hotel, almost along guest house lines, so the rate is extremely reasonable, our room was good, facilities very good, we enjoyed the entertainment and the view was brilliant. Breakfast was well presented, in a very pleasant dining room and had a good choice of starters (including porridge, grapefruit... More
