Just returned from a one night stay, wouldn't stay again unfortunately! Room was not in the best condition, mould on skirting boards, windows and the shower ceiling. There was only one chair in the room, and the room was very cold in the afternoon as the heating wasn't on! The owner come to the room and advised us not to... More

We stayed at Astonwood over the new year. The owner greeted us and provided us with all of the info we needed. Hotel very conveniently located in central Llandudno. Room was fine- very comfy bed! Shower was good and hot! Breakfast was a little early for new year's day but it certainly did the trick before a stroll on the... More

Hotel is a short walk from town center, very central for shops and places to eat, one pub that serves good food less than 2 mins away. Room clean, welcoming and warm and as it was a wet and windy night this was very much appreciated. Landlady and staff all very friendly and helpful.

Many thanks for staying with us at the Astonwood Hotel and leaving your feedback. Here at the Astonwood we review all feedback and respond appropriately. Apologies for the small hole in the carpet, we had a golfer in a few weeks ago who dragged her golf trolley across my carpet and created the hole. We have now had payment off... More

Arrived early evening to be greeted by the male proprietor who was friendly but did not help us with our bags, despite our room being almost at the top of the hotel with lots and lots of stairs to climb. Large single paned window in our room meant we could hear traffic clearly, youths shouting as they went home in... More

The parking isn't an issue as opposite there's a cheap car park which helped us locate the pub by the car park which serves amazing, if not pricey food. The hotels location is super. The owners are really chatty and really nice to talk with. We were made feel right at home and the breakfast was lovely. We love Llandudno,... More

This was our first visit to Llandudno and we really enjoyed our stay here. Friendly owner and staff whose help and advice really made our holiday all the better. Lovely rooms and great location. We parked just outside the hotel and found everything we wanted to access locally within easy walking distance. Highly recommend - would certainly book again!

We arrived and drove around the streets for 45 minutes to then decide to pay and park in the big complex car park and walked back over got our keys and left ourselves in. We got to our room to find it was tiny it barely fit the 'double' bed in! We had a nosey round didn't think much of... More
