Our double room was small and basically furnished but we were offered the chance to upgrade to a larger room by the online booking company for an extra £6, as we were only staying for one night we did not bother. this was a last minute booking and we only needed one night, although some aspects of the interior are worn, the bathroom, bedroom and dining areas were all clean, tidy and comfortable, the breakfast was very good and the proprietor and staff all helpful and friendly. Back again just as good as the first time clean room lovely atmosphere owners very hospitable .The breakfast was up to David's usual standard (Absolutely Fabulous). Can't wait for my summer visit it will definitely be at the Craig-Ard.

Hotel clean and comfortable, breakfast wonderful - lovely bacon! Owners very friendly and helpful, went to recharge my batteries and it worked a treat! Ideally situated for walks along the prom/beach or to the shops in the other directoion.

When we arrived we were greeted by the owner who was very friendly. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. My mum and i stayed here last weekend on a saturday evening and we were very impressed! The hosts are lovely and very welcoming, the bar area is homely and warm. One night stay booked late. Small beautiful hotel on a tree lined street. Very warm,friendly welcome,shown to our spacious twin room with ensuite shower room. We stayed here recently when on a stopover in Llandudno - What an absolute delight. The welcome was ever so friendly and the room was warm and comfortable.
