Please do something about the poor access at the front enterance as it is the only thing that spoils an otherwise excellant hotel. Service,cleanliness and quality of food are as good as and better than anywhere else I have stayed and the location is ideal for all amenities. A pleasure to stay there. more
Just returned from a 7 day stay at the White Heather Hotel and once again could not find anything to complain about. The staff could not be more helpful or polite. The food was delicious. The room we had was just perfect. All in all we would have no hesitation about recommending the White Heather to anyone. more
Hotel is well situated on the sea front. Access for elderly/disabled at the main entrance is difficult, no ramp. The public areas are fine, but the twin room we shared was extremely small and cramped. No room to unpack our clothes. En suite shower again very small. A very comfortable hotel with very friendly staff. The room was very clean. The Staff we where very friendly. I would return to this hotel. more
