We were made to feel very welcome right from the start. We travelled with friends and have to say that both Michael and Dave keep a wonderful little hotel. The rooms are spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was both delicious and plentiful. As frequent visitors to the theatre in Llandudno we can honestly say that we will return to the... more

Excellent hospitality, which continued throughout from the initial warm welcome. The meals were well above average consistently. The location is excellent close to all amenities and on sea front.. The room albeit described as a premier twin was more suited to a single. Nevertheless, overall would recommend and return again. more

We travelled for a month around England, Wales and Scotland and this was the worst place we stayed in. The room was tiny and we had difficulty getting into the shower, the door was so small. We had two suitcases and there was nowhere to put them in the room. Would not recommend this hotel more

Before our trip to Llandudno, I had spent time looking at reviews on this and other web sites. Without a doubt Can-y-Bae seemed to be top, for what we required. At the end of 4 nights stay, I can honestly say that this hotel was up there with the best we ve stayed in. Our room was ample sized with... more

For the first time in many, many years revisited Llandudno, and had the good fortune to stay at the Can-y-Bae. Many reviews have been written by other travellers, and I can only say everything about the Can-y-Bae is superb! Food; rooms; reception; greeting; care and attention (even from the lovely cleaning lady). Would I stay again? WITHOUT DOUBT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well done,... more

Lovely hotel. Very cosy. Fairly recently refurbished. Bedroom very pleasant and included all necessary ammenities. The hotel is tastefully decorated and furnished throughout creating an extremely relaxed atmosphere. Food was excellent, as was the service. Nothing was too much trouble. Ideal sea front location a few minutes walk from theatre. Llandudno has many interesting attractions. We have stayed in several... more
