Lovely and warm. Buffet breakfast very good. Staff very friendly. Decor a little tired and could do with some TLC. Very quiet even though it was on the sea front. Limited parking at the rear of the hotel. Good position for the town and Great Orme tramway.

Just had a weekend at this hotel through Groupon. Hotel is dated. However, room was nicely decorated and very clean. Breakfast was great. Location of the hotel is great and managed to get parking at the rear of hotel. Free Wi Fi accessed in room, little slow but did the job that we wanted. Overall great weekend and would return.

Found this little gem on groupon, paid £38.00 for one night bed and breakfast, well worth the money. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful when I contacted them, the too was newly redecorated very clean and spacious, the breakfast was very nice, no complaints. Would stay here again, were visiting relatives in the area....
