We took over the whole guest house for a 3 night stay for a family gathering. Wonderful welcome with cakes and the place was very clean, rooms are cosy and atmosphere great. The Kitchen was well equipped to cater for 20 and dinner table was decorated ready for us to have our celebration meal. No 9 is well placed for... More

We booked this holiday to celebrate my sister and brother-in-law's Golden Wedding Anniversary. There were 11 adults and 4 children plus 1 dog. We were met on arrival by Amanda and made to feel so welcome in this beautiful, relaxing, perfect house. Amanda had thought of everything and the dining table was already beautifully set out with linene tableware and... More

As soon as we arrived Mandie made us feel extremely welcome into her home, and nothing was too much. We took our cocker spaniel Wilma with us, and it was great that Mandie had set up a dog friendly room. The room was spotlessly clean, and very nicely decorated. Mandies home is lovely, its in a great location for the... More

I can truly recommend this beautiful guest house in Llandudno. Its located very centrally within easy walking distance from the beach, shops and the pier. We stayed in two different rooms (on two different occasions) and they were very different but both were very comfy and well decorated with attention to detail and a feeling of homeliness. Mandy and her... More

Visited for a short stay. Very well presented, clean rooms. English Breakfast excellent and enormous. Landlady made us feel very welcome, nothing too much trouble. Will return next time in North Wales.

What a wonderful bank holiday and a great two night stay! The landlady Mandy certainly makes you feel welcome, after a tiring drive up from London she put the kettle on as soon as we arrived and served tea and biscuits for us. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated and with extra touches such as... More

Beautiful.. Spotless.. Luxurious.. Most helpful staff.. I could go on and on describing this heavenly retreat, but seeing really is believing! My mother and I have just returned from a stay in what I can only describe as not just the best Guest House in Llandudno, but the best I have stayed in. We was made to feel very welcome... More

No 9 Guest House is a gem! Mandy, the "lady of the house" is friendly, warm and goes to every length to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay for her guests. This was my first visit, but Ishall certainly stay there again when I next visit Llandudno. The house is full of character and, yet, up to date with a... More
