I stayed at this hotel with my Mother in August 2014 for one night. We expected the hotel to be slightly dated based on some of the reviews that we had read before booking. The hotel was clean but desperately needed to be updated. Staff on reception were very welcoming and friendly and gave us a sea-view room as previously... More

Stayed here for 2 nights last weekend, this is a nice hotel on the seafront and in the main is very good, just let down with a few minor fault's.We stayed in the family room and it had a lovely sea view, the beds were comfortable and the hot water was actually hot, there were 2 electric heaters in the bedroom, but neither of them... The location of the hotel is excellent, it was clean and they had parking which was good. However the hotel is very old and the rooms and decor are very dated. It was a flashback from the 1980s. Coloured bathroom suites, old portable tv, plastic furniture, brown busy patterned carpet, creaking floorboards, a very strong smell everywhere in the hotel... More

The Hotel is basic but clean. The rooms which we as a group accommodated were on the small side but were adequate for one night's stay. Staff helpful and breakfast was excellent as was the service. Parking at the rear very restricted and access difficult if you have mobility problems. Would use again but not for a whole week due... More

Was slightly put off this hotel from previous reviews so decided to have an open mind when visiting recently. First impressions were very good the hotel from the outside appeared well maintained neat and tidy. The reception rooms were very spacious in good decorative order and clean. The function room was of a decent size with a small dance floor... More

We arrived about 3pm to find the car park absolutely full and as a previous reviewer mentioned it is not easy to reverse out especially when cars were parked rather haphazardly at the end of the row. When this happens the only option for parking is to drive along the promenade and hope for a space!!! We had a room... More

I took my mother for a 2 night stay in Llandudno and we found the hotel to be fine. The location is superb and we both had sea view rooms, which were singles and they were good. The rooms were smallish but were very clean and had en suite bathrooms which, again, were very clean. They had a wardrobe, small... More

Booked a last minute Saturday night to the hotel and didn't really know what we were in for as mixed bag of reviews. Arrived about 3pm to a full car park bar one space that was a tight squeeze to say the least, had to reverse all the way in from the exit to get into it . Room at... More

Stayed here for 1 night, booked 2 rooms. Rooms were very clean, decor is dated and in need of refreshing, but has everything you need, breakfast could have been better as portions were on the small side, reception staff were lovely and very helpful and efficient. Hotel seems clean and tidy. If you are looking for basic rooms, clean, and... More

Stayed here just for one night whilst visiting Llandudno very basic but clean. Could do with modernising very old fashioned but it did the job. Car Parking is around the back of the building which is not very good and very tight!. Breakfast ok although not a lot of it.
