We stayed here last year, the hotel is in a fab location with great views but could do with an update...the breakfast is nice too. It had parking at the back and a lift up to the rooms, the staff were very friendly. At the end of the day you get what you pay for...

Stayed here last night and couldn't believe how hot the whole hotel is. I know that Llandudno has a very high elderly footfall but wow!! The room is dated but okay. Small shower and low water pressure. Clean bedding ( however the "quilt" has no thermal value) and towels. The games room needs to be closed as it really serves... More

We've just got back from a coach holiday in this hotel, we found the location of the hotel perfect it's right on the front, the staff are very friendly and helpful the food on the first night I have to say wasn't that good and came to the table cold, I think this was because there were two coach parties... could not fault this in any way. requested room for wheelchair use and got one downstairs opposite the external ramp to gain access to the building, there was a ramp downstairs to the bedroom also. bathroom equipped with hand rails and shower had a fold down seat. Staff very attentive and ensured we had an easy to get into spot... More

Stayed for one night only after taking in a show. Room was fair size, bed rather lumpy. Parking was easy & secure, gates locked at 11:30, bit of a tight squeeze getting out onto road due to bent sign post but my car is not great on wheel lock, parking spaces more than ample easy parking. Hotel very clean and... More

Stayed here one saturday night during a weekend away in North wales. Its an old fashioned seaside hotel i remember from years gone past, and the whole feel is rather dated, but it has a good central seafront location which is what we wanted. We paid £40 per person via booking_com, and felt that fair value, but too much more... More

We arrived for a weekend as it was my sisters birthday. Nice welcome. The building is lovely. The rooms are a little dated but it really didn't matter as you don't spend that much time in it. The room itself was clean the bedding was clean. Towels were clean. That's all that matters really. I will say tho I have... More

Excellent staff upon arrival on Friday evening, Friday 17th October, nice room (although rear view but that was ok), good position on the sea front. Nice friendly cleaners in the morning. But..... We were advised that the breakfast would be available in the Conwy Room from 8.00, however the waitress's in the Conwy room had other ideas. Unbelievably rude, apparently... More

My husband and I took my ten year old grandson just for a night at this nice hotel, located on the front. The carpark was fine, the family room, had double bed, single bed and bunk beds in. We didnt have evening meal but the breakfast was lovely, good variety too. Good value for money.

Stayed here for 2 nights in Aug.A nice hotel on the seafront. The car park is at the back of the hotel and is a tight squeeze. I would try and get there early to get a space as it is first come basis. The hotel is old and the rooms, decor could do with up dating. The reception staff are very friendly... More
