Stayed here for 2 nights in Aug.A nice hotel on the seafront. The car park is at the back of the hotel and is a tight squeeze. I would try and get there early to get a space as it is first come basis. The hotel is old and the rooms, decor could do with up dating. The reception staff are very friendly... More

only had overnight stay at the hotel but was very pleased with it, yes the rooms are small but were very clean, and as you only need to sleep in there they are good enough, as for the food, i couldn't fault it , the evening meal was absolutely lovely, well cooked and the staff very friendly, even though they... The only thing this place had going for it was the superb seaviews. The decor was so tired it was nearly expired, the lift the size of an upended coffin, and the breakfasts miniscule. The staff in the dining room seemed to all have problems understanding English, and the one evening meal we had was overpriced and very average.

Luckily, we only had to stay here 1 night, it was like going back in time, hotel was very dated, bathroom very small, stains on duvet. Got even worse when we went for breakfast, had to wait for ages to be seated, unprofessional waitress staff, table not prepared correctly, staff shouting at one another across dining room, very overpriced. Would not... More

Just spent 2 nights here with our Cocker Spaniel. Booked very last minute on booking.com and was delighted to have a sea view room at the front. Yes the hotel is a bit dated but its clean, tidy and welcoming. The location of this hotel is a huge plus point, right on the beach and just a few minutes walk... More

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights half board (although we had booked for 3 nights - the hotel mixed up our booking thankfully). Although it is in a good position on the promenade at Llandudno that's about the only positive thing to say about our stay here. Our sea-view bedroom had paint peeling off the windows, the wash... I stayed at this hotel with my Mother in August 2014 for one night. We expected the hotel to be slightly dated based on some of the reviews that we had read before booking. The hotel was clean but desperately needed to be updated. Staff on reception were very welcoming and friendly and gave us a sea-view room as previously... More

The location of the hotel is excellent, it was clean and they had parking which was good. However the hotel is very old and the rooms and decor are very dated. It was a flashback from the 1980s. Coloured bathroom suites, old portable tv, plastic furniture, brown busy patterned carpet, creaking floorboards, a very strong smell everywhere in the hotel... More

The Hotel is basic but clean. The rooms which we as a group accommodated were on the small side but were adequate for one night's stay. Staff helpful and breakfast was excellent as was the service. Parking at the rear very restricted and access difficult if you have mobility problems. Would use again but not for a whole week due... More
