Our booking very very late in evening. Arrival on room had been used previously, not cleaned. The night manager shown us to a clean lovely bedroom. Which I know would not normally be given to guests with a dog. Our stay for the following night in the bedroom we should have had. Was perfect. Our stay was a lovely one.... More

Did not stay at the Cae Mor Hotel as we live locally & decided to try Othellos for a change. We booked for 7-30 & on arrival there was just 1 other couple in the middle of their meal. The Dining room looked very dated & tired with worn carpet but the fabulous view of the bay outside compensated We... More

We are in our 70's. We booked this hotel over the phone, giving our credit card number. The pictures on the Internet looked lovely, but when we arrived it was a very different story. The room was not at all like in the pictures, we couldn't open the windows and it really looked in need of updating. We did not... More

Thank you for your comments regarding your stay. Regarding your comments about the room, the room image on the website that you booked is as the picture on the website, when possible we do update our rooms however during the summer it is very hard to do. Room 9, the one you were allocated is on the list to be... More

We only stayed one night to see "Cats" at the theatre next to the hotel, but the whole experience was lovely and we would certainly use Cae Mor again. This is a Victorian building and the ambience and furnishings etc. reflect this era, but the hotel is very comfortable and our front room was ideal to watch the Llandudno promenade... More

I tried this hotel on the recommendation of my friend, Ted Stocker and was really looking forward to finding another decent restaurant in the llandudno area to join the small number that we regularly use. I cannot of course comment on the hotel itself and our waitress was friendly and helpful. However, the food was utterly bland and tasteless as... More
