,We have stayed at the Cae mor hotel for quite a few years and book as we leave for the following year , due to the Victorian Weekend that is always the first bank holiday weekend in May My husband has a great interest in vintage vehicles so the Cae mor is perfectly positioned for the show field for him... Nice size hotel , not too big . Decent sized bedroom , was warm and clean though our friends heating wasn't working . We had a bit of an issue with the cold water. We had a nice breakfast in the morning . The bed was lovely and comfortable. The lady on reception was very helpful with us and our... More

I stayed on a business trip attending the Venue Cymru Llandudno for a Science and Engineering exhibition. Cae Mor is an excellent location in Llandudno, within 5 minutes walk of the Venue Cymru. Overlooking the wide sweep of the Bay and with fabulous views of the Orme. Staff very friendly, not too formal either, ready to assist at all times.... More

The hotel we usually stay at was full and by comparison, this was a bit disappointing. Beautiful views, comfortable lounge and nicely furnished. Also everything was very clean but our room could only be described as adequate. It was not very big and overlooked the back of the hotel and a car park but the worst feature was the bathroom.... Dear Patricia, Thank you for leaving a review of your stay in January. I'm sorry to read that you were disappointed with certain aspects of your stay, some of which I was fully aware of as you spoke to me on departure. As I stated on your departure I was aware of the shaver light not functioning properly and also... More

Visited the restaurant before a show at Venue Cymru on the basis of the recommend from Yatter Yatter magazine. On arrival, we waited at the restaurant for several minutes before someone came to show us to our table, despite being able to hear staff chatting about games in the background. We ordered drinks while we looked at the menu. Only... More

I'm sorry to read your comments regarding your visit to us prior to going the Venue Cymru. During the quieter winter months we do reduce the size of our menu, on that particular night, as we only had reservation's for pre Theatre meal our Chef produced a menu accordingly. The waitress was indeed correct when she stated that the A... More

The staff at this hotel are very friendly and go out of their way to accommodate their guests. We had rented a family room but we were very disappointed in the accommodation. My son had to sleep on a fold out sofa that didn't even fit in the room - the end of the bed was propped up on the... More

Thank you for your positive comments about the hotel and the staff, please accept my apologies for the sofa bed, from what you have stated it was set up the wrong way around in the room, if set up correctly you can move around it! We do have a family room which has a 'proper' bed but this was booked... More

Friendly staff, very large room could have done with a couple of comfy armchairs to take advantage of the seaview. The hotels proximity to the theatre was why we chose this hotel but glad we did it was clean comfortable and the food was excellent especially the breakfast.
