We stayed for one night at the Cae Mor. This hotel is in a prime position on the promenade and has its own car park. The outside looks good, painted lemon and white. The staff who greeted us were very friendly . However, we were directed to Room 3 on the first floor. This I think is a suite of... More

I arrived with my elderly mother for a weekend stay. I was a little disappointed that nobody showed us to our room however it was easy enough to find and there was a lift which was essential as my mother cannot climb the stairs. The twin bedded room was small but adequate and upon walking in looked clean until I... More

Myself partner and daughter arrived in Llandudno on a Friday afternoon and came across the Cae Mor. The staff were helpful & friendly and showed us to our room which was actually 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a type of hallway between them. The rooms were very clean with plenty of refreshments and towels. My complaint would be off... More

We've stayed here several times before.. excellent staff, food and location. We had a sea view room with four poster etc... very sadly the jaquzzi bath was non operational and the shower was scalding hot despite the temperature regulator!! Room getting a bit tired, but, the bedding wss spotless. Dave and Jill..

I stayed over the bank holiday for a wedding. The hotel was lovely, clean and in a great location. All the staff were amazing and did everything to make the day go smoothly. The bar woman "Barbara" gave a second to none service for the wedding evening

Our booking very very late in evening. Arrival on room had been used previously, not cleaned. The night manager shown us to a clean lovely bedroom. Which I know would not normally be given to guests with a dog. Our stay for the following night in the bedroom we should have had. Was perfect. Our stay was a lovely one.... More

Did not stay at the Cae Mor Hotel as we live locally & decided to try Othellos for a change. We booked for 7-30 & on arrival there was just 1 other couple in the middle of their meal. The Dining room looked very dated & tired with worn carpet but the fabulous view of the bay outside compensated We... More
