Whilst looking for a drink, we were pointed in the direction of Osborne House by Lawton and Lauriston Court (who only have a residents bar, but thanks for the recommendation!) and wow, this place is really stylish and quite sumptuous. The lounge is a great place for drinks, had a real good buzz about it. The bar area is good... More

We were staying else where but ate at this hotel's restaurant 3 times in a week which is not our usual way. The décor is fabulous, the staff friendly and helpful and the food is good too, particularly remember pulled pork as had not had before also some great fishes and a fine choice of wines.

Decided to go for Sunday lunch - past experience has always been mainly good and we travelled quite a way - choosing not to eat locally - big mistake! I have raved abut it to colleagues and friends and sent a lot of people there highly recommending it as one of the best restaurants in Llandudno. Surroundings and decor here... More

Sumptuous surroundings including original fireplaces and a fabulous "princess and the pea" style canopied bed! Lovely deep bath, great for a long luxurious soak. Food amazing too, including an option of continental breakfast served in our suite. The restaurant is equally impressive with opulent decoration and delicious food. In particular the homemade fish cake starter was the best I've tasted.... More

We travelled here for Sunday lunch for a friends birthday and we're not disappointed. The dining room is decorated in a Victorian style and is very comfortable and spacious. The food was very good and plentiful.

We stayed at The Bay Court (next door) but asked our hosts for places to eat that would be nice to celebrate our anniversary, and they booked us in here! Wow! The food and service is amazing!! It wasnt very busy - but it was a Wed night - but we had Prosecco in the lounge first and then went... More

We roamed the streets looking for somewhere to have dinner, luckily we were turned away from two restaurants otherwise we wouldn't have found this hidden gem. We had passed by in the daytime , all I saw was cafe grill, which conjured up the image of a mixed grill and dried up pork chop , I should have looked past... More

All the staff are very helpful and friendly... More

Was treated to a break here for a mini honeymoon by my parents as a wedding present. My parents have been using the empire hotel, number 72 and the Osborne for many years (15+?) and I can see why! Was told by my parents to use the road behind to park up and walk through the back door. Upon walking... More
