Due to a house move I am a bit late leaving my review but couldn't not let everyone know what a fantastic weekend we had at Rosedene. It was the perfect location, perfect hosts, perfect breakfasts and perfect rooms. I like the decor so much in the very stylish but tastefully furnished rooms that I have tried to buy similar... More

We enjoyed two nights in this exceptionally clean, well furnished, and reasonably priced guest house just two blocks from Llandudno Promenade on a quiet side street. Modern and comfortable style and amenities in a lovely old home. The full breakfast was fresh and delicious. Jayne and Andy were courteous, professional hosts. If we are fortunate to return to Llandudno in... More

I stayed at Rosedene for the first time 7 years ago and returned back to find Jayne and Andy as the same wonderfully, beautiful people as I remembered them 7 years ago! I also met their daughter Millie, who was just as helpful is providing directions/route... More

I expect the thing you are most likely to complain about is not being able to book because it is full. On a minor deail I had the single room which is en suite with toilet... More
