I find most of the Tripadvisor reviews reflect my own experience. This is an old, family run hotel that is desperately in need of a full makeover. I do not think it rates three stars. Our room was strange. It was large enough but the bath/shower/toilet was very cramped and the wash hand basin was in the bedroom itself. There... More

I stayed here with my husband and 2 children, it is in a prime location and we got a lovely warm welcome when we turned up. Made to feel like family. Our room was clean and all the staff couldn't do enough for us. Food was good. Kids enjoyed the pool. Next time I am in Llandudno I will definitely... More

We were here before about 4 years back, the rooms are pokey but okay bath was dirty though the other room we had curtains were hanging off like a piece of the ceiling paper. Menu are non existent - in the morning you tick your main meal requirements from a very limited typed paper. The first day the soup was... More

This is a lovely, welcoming, family run hotel which is in an ideal location- across the road for the beach and a short stroll to the pier, perfect for families. The hotel has an indoor pool which my kids enjoyed! The rooms are clean; the staff are very helpful and friendly; and the food was very tasty. We felt very... More

Myself and my girlfriend spent a couple of nights in this hotel whilst visiting Llandudno recently and we would of happily of stayed here for our entire stay! Lovely family run hotel, friendly staff who could not do enough for you, the food was really nice and the best things about this hotel are the sea front location and the... More

We are frequent visitors to the hotel and this year was our 10th year! I think that alone tells you everything about the hotel. With the great location and friendly service we receive year in year out we would not go any where else. The hotel is not ultra modern but does not promote itself as that. We find the... More

I stay in quite a lot of hotels and only do reviews when they are really good ore really bad well this one is the latter . Some of the staff need to have training in customer service . And when your food has earwigs crawling out of it it's not good and that was just the starter the second... More

Booked last minute but paid £180 for 2 nights. We managed 1 night & only because we were tired from travelling. Very dated, drab & falling apart. Place was dirty & smelt. In room, lights hanging off wall, parts of wall missing, window broken and I could go on. Outside lift banana skin, black been there awhile. Manager didn't care... More
