Group of us booked 5 rooms here for the first time, each room was clean and tastefully decorated , Phil was very friendly and couldn't do more for us. Excellent breakfast couldn't fault it. Great location and would highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the stay in this B&B, the owners are lovely and very helpful, could not find a fault to the accommodation. Great location, just 5-10 minutes away from the beach. Excellent full english breakfast. Great value for what we payed. Would stay there again.

This is a great B&B. Very close to all amenities - Phil and Edna were very welcoming and made you feel at home. The rooms are all tastefully decorated and modern. Breakfast was fabulous too. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

My husband and I absolutely loved this guest house in every way. It is a beautiful victorian building with a lovely interior which is spottlessly clean. Our room was on the top floor and had windows to back and front of house and was very spacious with a lovely sized en-suite. Breakfast was delicious with cereals, fresh fruit (delicious), juice,... A really nice B&B with friendly owners, nicely decorated rooms (including a great new bathroom) and good quality breakfast - a good range of fruit, cereals, plus high quality cooked breakfast. Really well located too for the centre of Llandudno.

Really enjoyed our stay at this B&B. Phil and Edna, who run the B&B, are really friendly and welcoming. Our room was nicely furnished with lots of thoughtful 'extras' such as wine glasses and a bottle opener and the bathroom was modern, spacious and clean. There was a really good choice for breakfast including traditional English breakfast, a range of... More

Second time that we have stayed at this smashing B & B, and it was just as good as before. We had a very comfortable room with an ultra modern bathroom. Edna and Phil have got it just right, retaining the Victorian charm of the building whilst introducing contemporary features. Everything is spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious, set us up...
