Bathroom had no shower. Just a hair washing attachment that didn't fit. And a shelf over the hand basin would be so useful. Room had large... More

We have just returned from a 4 day holiday with David Urquhart travel. First let me say that the coach we travelled on was First Class it was a Metcalfes coach very comfortable. Our driver Dave was pleasant courteous and informative, giving us good stops and not the usual motorway service stations. This hotel was warm spotlessly clean and the... More

Had a lovely five days here, was pleasantly surprised. Room was clean and comfortable, food basic, but well cooked, hot and plenty of it. Staff very friendly and efficient. Urquart's driver was very friendly, but not pushy. If you are thinking of staying here please state in advance if there are mobility problems, it's an older building on several floors... More

Just spent five days at this hotel with David Urquart holidays The hotel is small but very comfortable and clean the food is home cooked and excellent. Although the bedrooms are small they are very clean. Hotel staff were very good and very friendly as was the driver. Altogether a very good break.
