The location was perfect for the town and surrounding countryside (with ample parking). The room was very comfortable and had all the facilities you would expect and more. Breakfast options are great and easily accommodated vegetarian options. Gareth and Claire were welcoming, helpful and extremely friendly. Would 100% recommend without hesitation.

Just returned from a 2 night stay and had a really pleasant experience. From our welcome on arrival to leaving both Claire and Gareth were great hosts. Our room was spotlessly clean with a lovely tea and coffee tray. Breakfast was very good with a nice range of food. Very surprised to be provided with Rooibos tea too. Location is... More

Gareth and Claire were extremely friendly and helpful. They provided great recommendations of places to see and eat. The breakfast was made to order and delicous. The B&B is located on a quite street near the town center and equal distance from the two beaches (5 minute walk). Rooms were very well done, clean, and comfortable. I would definitely stay... More

This is an absolutely superb B and B. Gareth and Claire are the warmest of people, whose knowledge of Llandudno and the surrounding area are second to none! This is very well presented in both decor and cleanliness. Wonderful chose for breakfast, my husband loved it all!

We have enjoyed an excellent stay with friends in one of the best bed and breakfasts. Great 4location in smart area near to every amenity.Good to have off road parking.Hosts attentive and professional. Rooms spotlessly clean, spacious with lots of extra touches. Really comfortable bed. Good choice at breakfast, with locally sourced ingredients and each order cooked freshly.

We stayed in feb 2014 for a birthday weekend and enjoyed every minute. Room was lovely, food was great, and Gareth and Claire were very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay!! Stayed in quite a few B&B's in Llandudno, and this is the best by far! Will definitely be returning..

Went back to The Cliffbury for the second time. Still a great place to stay. The standard of the rooms are very high and Gareth and Claire are great hosts. The breakfasts were also good. We had Room 5 this time. The bathroom is still small but hopefully you don't spend too much time in there. If you want a... More

This was our first visit but we look forward to going again. A very warm welcome from Gareth and Claire. Superb food with spacious, clean and very well presented accommodation. Local produce was used to prepare breakfast which we both enjoyed very much. Home made marmalade and Bara Brith was the icing on the cake.
