Booked through last minute.com. Very pleased with this family run seaside hotel. Our room was in the turret part of the building and had the most amazing views of the promenade and seafront. Breakfast very filling and good choice of items on the menu. No evening meals provided, we found some lovely restaurants on trip advisor to go choosing from... More

The hotel is a lovely place to stay for a few nights aways. Ray is wonderful- chatty and welcoming, and would help any way he could. Breakfast was great with local sourced food and even get to see seagull feeding! The hotel itself has lots of history, and lots of items that make you feel homely and how it might... More

Lovely views, Parking on the hill outside is Interesting. The Rooms are clean and functional. In it's hayday, it had obviously been very posh. Elegant staircase and nice cosy bar area. Breakfast was excellent. Service was good.

We stayed here a few months ago and regrettably only just got around to completing a review. The hotel is an absolute delight, there is simply nothing we could fault it with even if we wished to. It was immaculate inside and outside, fantastic room, terrific breakfast, stunning views over Llandudno, parking, pet friendly. The owner is a gentleman and... More

I stayed here mid August with my mum having booked on lastminute.com thinking that we got a good deal. The hotel is set on stunning backdrop overlooking the beach, the room was a extremely spacious, the hotel itself felt as if you had gone back to Victorian times with its traditional feel. The breakfast was amazing, being vegetation there was... More

Good location close to town, steep road up to the hotel and limited parking. The Victorian era hotel and rooms were clean, if a little jaded. But very good value for money. Good selection for breakfast.

We booked for 2 nights, my husband and I had a double room, with a view of the sea, but also a window looking over the garden, where we watched the goats munching on the grass, it was a very relaxing view, we also took my mum, who had a single room next to us, which also had a fantastic... More

Stayed one night in this lovely hotel. Had an enjoyable stay in an unusual room with fantastic views across Llandudno. The proprietors were very friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast in the morning and a very thoughtful gift of a goody bag with water and flapjack given to take away.

We booked this hotel site unknown and upon arrival we were excited as it was just great and on a hill with great view to the beach and town. The rooms were very comfortable clean and relaxing to be in. We stayed three nights and enjoyed every one. Recommend this hotel to everyone. The knowledge Ray has about the town... More

We stayed here for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a sea view room which was stunning. The room was basic and only the fussy will have issues. As mentioned in other reviews, George the seagull made himself known and great to see how Ray feeds him. The location of this hotel is perfect, a few minutes... More
