Our family room had been made from 2 singles. Part of wall removed and double bed filled the gap almost. Had to climb over the bed to reach the wardrobe and entrance to en suite not much better. But the room was clean and breakfast was great. Helpful waiting on staff both mornings. Friend's bedroom had strange décor. Black ornate... More

Good location right on the sea front, good base to drive or walk to where we wanted, could always get a space to park. Did wish there was couple more pubs to choose from. We were given room 1 on the ground floor, it was adjacent to the public toilet, this should have been stated at the time of booking... More

This hotel is right on the sea front and rooms over looking the sea are available. The staff are very helpful and the breakfast is great. We enjoyed an early evening drink in the garden in the sunshine. Very relaxing. It is a little way out from the town centre, but taxis in for the night only cost £3 or... More

Picked this hotel due to the value for money it offered. I chose a superior king size room especially for the sea view. The hotel looks fine outside and the reception area/hall is very welcoming. Imagine my surprise when we were shown to our room and it was on the ground floor! Yes you can see the sea but it's... More

Had a short break in the Manor recently. On the plus side,It was clean and had a very comfortable bed. The staff at breakfast were very friendly and the food was good. On the minus side, the overall feel of the hotel was tired. Everything looked like it could do with a lick of paint. The bathroom was very basic... More

The entrance in the Hotel puts you off straight away, with a scruffy settee and chair. The actual hallway to the Hotel is well decorated, but the bar is not very welcoming. Our room was up two flights of stairs, which is OK when children are not playing on them. The lock to the room was placed too near the door for the upstairs floor, which made... Stayed here for two nights in the third week of July. The hotel is very good, with a nicely stocked bar and very comfortable bedrooms. The breakfast is excellent and sets you up nicely for the day. The owner and staff are all very friendly and I will stay again, overall a pleasant stay and value for money. The hotel is located... More

I stayed here with my teenagers whilst visiting relatives. We are difficult to accommodate being effectively 3 single adults. This hotel offered a penthouse suite of 2 spacious bedrooms, (1 super king size bed and couch, the other a good sized twin) and a large bathroom for half the price of the hotel in Liverpool we stayed in where 2...
