Lovely room with sea view. Ballroom ideal for our dancing. Staff very helpful and cheerful. Meals were good but disappointed that decaffeinated coffee was not available. Lift got busy at times. Stairs were hard work.

When I say 'don't try to escape', using the front fire exits could prove to be a problem, being as exit from both is a bit hazardous, owing to the long plant pots across the top of each set of stairs outside the building. As part of a large group, approx 44 people, we have just spent our third consecutive visit to this hotel as part of a four night dancing holiday. When we arrived it was nice to see that the rear car park had had a total makeover, block paving, security gate and pavement bollards, not before time, but well done Kensington.... More

My sister who lives near llandudno paid for use to stay as a suprise so we could go out with her in the town and stay over (we are from kensington in London) so she thought it would be a fun choice. I was really disappointed with the stay. I was in the attic room which I didn't mind. However... More

It had all the facilities we needed - tea and coffee making tray, hairdryer and television. The beds were comfortable, the shower was excellent and the view... More

Lovely ,very clean and super facilities. The staff could not do enough for us everyone was so courteous, especially the receptionist, the barman and the breakfast waitress. Our room was warm, modern and bathroom good. To improve things my wife would have liked a packet of biscuits with the tea/coffee facilities and some body lotion in the bathroom other than... More

My mother has not stopped telling us all how you all went out of your way to ensure she was well looked after and how bill (chef) made sure that... More
