This B&B is outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble for Ann and David does a mean breakfast. Nice and clean the rooms very tidy and well presented. Staff first class. Felt very comfortable home from home. Easy reach for the town centre beaches and the railway station. Ann will help you book restaurants if you ask her and like I... More

Our first time in Llandudno and we loved the place. A great holiday needs an equally great place to rest and this place ticks all the boxes. Great breakfasts, comfy bed and extra friendly hosts. Perfect location, particularly if you are arriving by train as we were as it is just next to station on a quiet road but just... More

Stayed for four days and had a lovely time, room is spacious well decorated and clean. Fantastic shower always good to wake you up in the morning ready for a great breakfast. My only issue is the room needs blackout curtains as the current curtains aren't up to the job of keeping the sun out.

My family and I stayed here for 2 nights. The entire property was well maintained and inviting. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent. We also enjoyed talking with the owners which was great. We used Llandudno as our base to visit Caernafon, Holyhead, and Conwy. There are excellent restaurants within walking distance. We would recommend Ashlawn... More

I only stayed one night and found Ann and Dave to be lovely and attentive hosts. My double room was spacious and clean with a good sized bathroom. The room rate included a generous breakfast, so large I couldn't eat it all! There was also free wifi. I assume it was a short walk into town but I drove because... More

Just returned from our stay. We were very impressed of the level of service we received, owners were very friendly and helpful, the room was cosy and spotlessly clean and the breakfast was amazing nom nom nom 😋 would definitely recommend this place. Less than 5 mins walk to the pier. Ideal location!

Very welcoming and friendly. Our room was lovely and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Lovely clean tea/coffee making facilities with extra biscuits - yum! Breakfast was very good too. No complaints and would definitely return.
