Stayed here for a restful break with friends. Ann and Dave were great hosts and nothing was too much trouble. Dave actually gave us a lift in the car to a local pub which was greatly appreciated. Breakfast was first class and room was clean and quiet. A memorable weekend! Dave - hope you enjoyed our effort at a representation... More

Traditional wooden furniture of good quality.  Quality being the word to describe this guest house. The area is very quiet and there is plenty of on street parking. There is a small drive where you can reserve a parking space if you wish. Our room was small but we knew this when we booked as it was mentioned in the... More

Just had another 3 night stay at Ashlawn House and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Ann & Dave are gracious hosts and the room was spacious, excellently furnished and immaculately clean. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast delicious. Thank you for another lovely stay. We will be back.

Our first time in Llandudno and we loved the place. A great holiday needs an equally great place to rest and this place ticks all the boxes. Great breakfasts, comfy bed and extra friendly hosts. Perfect location, particularly if you are arriving by train as we were as it is just next to station on a quiet road but just... More

Stayed for four days and had a lovely time, room is spacious well decorated and clean. Fantastic shower always good to wake you up in the morning ready for a great breakfast. My only issue is the room needs blackout curtains as the current curtains aren't up to the job of keeping the sun out.

My family and I stayed here for 2 nights. The entire property was well maintained and inviting. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent. We also enjoyed talking with the owners which was great. We used Llandudno as our base to visit Caernafon, Holyhead, and Conwy. There are excellent restaurants within walking distance. We would recommend Ashlawn... More

I only stayed one night and found Ann and Dave to be lovely and attentive hosts. My double room was spacious and clean with a good sized bathroom. The room rate included a generous breakfast, so large I couldn't eat it all! There was also free wifi. I assume it was a short walk into town but I drove because... More
